Yes, mine was free. A friend about to celebrate her 70th birthday in early October told me that her birthday was perfectly timed, as the govt-subsidised jab would no longer be free for over-70s after 31 October.
I got mine on 28th.
Booked for a Covid booster shot next week… immunocompromised… I qualify for top priority.
That date has been extended Ray.
Just heard on tonight's news that the free shingles vaccine for 71-79 year old is being extended for another two years. Off another forum.

Well yesterdays day off is still to happen
Seems we needed to start the renewing of the floor in the "winny"...not just the vinyl but now has 6mm marine ply floor all cut and waiting to be fixed in position. The vinyl is also cut and waiting its turn.
Might get a reprieve today the boss has a doctor appointment.

Good morning everyone mk 2. We had some light showers overnight, enough to keep the grass green. We spent most of the day wandering through a few bric a brac or antique shops. Found nothing I was looking for.

Good morning, 19c very grey clouds hanging over the lake, rain is predicted for the next week.
Wow, didn't realise that the Zoster vaccine was $500, lucky I am very old & Bruce is even older with immunodeficiency so should qualify too, although he did have shingles earlier this year.
