Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Mowed our neighbours lawn yesterday afternoon, sadly her cancer has returned so she is in Adelaide getting chemo. Thought about getting her river pump going and watering the lawn and gardens, but got over the urge fairly quickly though. This morning and it's raining, so glad I resisted the urge to water the lawn

I’m getting in REALLY EARLY for once…

Mornin’ all! 😁

Right now it’s PI$$ING down here.
Made a good call yesterday (well, about 12hrs ago, anyway).
Looked at the weather forecast on my phone… rain expected overnight. So I broke out (umm, unfortunate turn of phrase right now) started up the ride-on mower and gave front and back yards a desperately needed haircut. :D
It was planned for last Tuesday, but something else happened… can’t quite recall what. 😜
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Morning everyone.
Good one Bob, we only got 5mm yesterday.
It Pith down in Childers, we ( Carol)had a knee x-ray.
Heading to Bundy today for something...I will post what tomorrow... :D
The boss has me changing things in the house....she's forever moving stuff.
Had to move two LARGE cupboards, one from in the bathroom to the outside room. and one from the outside to the bathroom.  which was larger than the doorway to the bathroom
So had to UN assemble it, and of course it was glued as well as screwed (much like me) so a little job turned into a monster....Grrr.
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Good morning everybody, from the rainy GC. We have had some heavy showers overnight, and lots of light ones.
We spent most of yesty in Brisvegas. Went to an exhibition of the works of Van Gogh. It was a little bit weird, all done with multi screen projectors and music. It was very well attended. Rained most of the way home.
Got a few things to try and do to the Winny before we head south for Christmas, don't reckon they will all get done today.
Take it easy Bob, just sit back and watch the dam rise.
Bernie, enjoy your trip to Bundy .
Safe travels everybody, happy hump day.
Cheers
David

Good morning All. Last Friday Julie drove my Terios to the gym and when she tried to start it to come home, no go. I was able to drive her car there to check it out and it would appear that the fuel pump, which is inside the tank, has failed. My mechanic is booked out and doesn't have room to even park the Terios so I have ordered a pump which should be delivered tomorrow. In the meantime the Terios has sat, nose to kerb, where Julie parked it. It looks like I will have to organise a tow truck to bring it home so that I can fit the new pump. Unfortunately, I had recently filled the tank with petrol so that will be my 1st problem, finding a container or two to drain the petrol into. :x
