The Boat / Motor home trip

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good luck with the rest of the proposed works. When its all done, have fun, and a bit of a break. :D
 Turns out the drive belt has fallen off  This "being able to actually see out of both eyes" isn't given credit it's due

An update, now I have the Mazda up and running, the plan has changed ..... we are taking the Hino and the Kombi .... because they are both registered and to do 3 mths rego and insurance for a weeks actual use didn't actually make a lot of sense .... and the financial director says we need to keep as many $$ as possible so we can buy more battery stock ......

So, now I need to add solar and a house battery to the kombi, doctors appointment this afternoon at Murray Bridge, so I still have 3 hrs spare to do that as well as put the Hino back together ...... and you want photos as well Dottie

If Rustic was going, you could live in that, Brian could sleep under the awning and tow the kombi behind for getting around town when needed.

Just for Dottie ....

Took the Kombi down to Brian's boat yesterday arvo so he could down load some of the "surplus to requirement" items from the houseboat to be stored at Brian's other storage facility, his container at the workshop .....
Back to the boat this morning, got the Honda outboard fuel primed and running, Kombi back to the workshop .... and yes, ran out of LPG on the way up the hill .... lucky its dual fuel eh

So, now its coffee, empty the kombi and put the mattress, Waeco, solar panels and curtains in, fuel it up and it should be ready to go ...... then the Hino ......
With a bit of luck, we have till lunch time tomorrow before Brian heads off up the river .....

Hoping to get the Hino home tonight so Puttin Tat can try out sleeping in there with me and see how he handles it .... otherwise it's the auto feeder and 3 days or so on his own .....

Getting a tad warm here at the moment ... must be because I've decommissioned the air conditioner in the Hino

Phone calls to say Bruce and Brian have made the trip up to the slip and Bruce is back home again ...... I'm still making last minute guides for the gypsy trailer to keep the taxi Prius in the centre so it doesn't end up with the silrails smashed in like the Blade and the Silver Prius
Putti Tat is in his cat carry basket, barely needed a blood transfusion after me efforts but that was more good luck than effort on the cats part.
I reckon the T1 train will be leaving the workshop within the hr, yet to see if there is reception up at the slip, so unknown just when the next update will happen
