Re: The Boat / Motor home trip
wounds from what? spanner, wrench , how long does it take to get the boat checked over? That's the same place your boat went to isn't it? Is Terry able to do his work while the chariot is out of the water?

Re: The Boat / Motor home trip
OK, my wounds are from recent events in my life.
Yes Dot that is where we pulled in to get the houseboat identity code done. Old Ron has retired & now his son, Tony, runs/owns it.
David it did hurt but I think my current hurt is a bit deeper!!
Brian is working on getting out of there on Thursday but I very much doubt it.
One day for pressure wash.
One day for rubbing/ grinding & prep work.
One day for first coat of paint & then maybe another coat next day or the day after.
A day for paint to dry & then splash will happen.
Just need anything to create a holdup & things get put back a day or 2. Rain in particular.
One consolation is that his anodes do look like they won't need replacing. Plenty of meat left on them. Hit with wire brush/angle grinder will be OK.

Sounds like one out of the 2 Terry vehicles didn't make it or Brian didn't want to do the 3 in the bed idea
