Nope but it sounds like a PWM controller?
If you flutter your eyelids in time like a Damsel in distress you won't see the flicker!! ;) :P

The only victron I have is still in the box back home Jon.
I was just wondering about the flickering LEDs.

The flickering leds are caused by your old solar controller like Bruce indicated. (PWM) .... assuming it's flickering during the day time.

It's not flickering now and it's still day light, and it doesn't do it all the time.
I was just curious 😁.

Yep 13.8v on my multi, about the same on the built-in gauge in the motorhome.

Bernie, the flickering lights is your old PWM controller just
modulating. On/off etc. It probably will only do it when batt is full and input exceeds load. Our old Steca controller used to do the same thing. It would send the tv nuts when it was doing it.
Cheers
