Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning. I hope everyone enjoys their bacon and eggs today. Apart from walking the dog and yacking on the phone, I managed to achieve nothing again for the day. Good results at the tennis though. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

Good morning All, a nice partly cloudy sky here. Listening to the news I heard that Rutherglen received heavy rain so I hope Ray doesnt have to spend the day clearing mud from his garage.

Morning all and thinking of you Ray. Just checked on Rutherglen. 47.2 mm of rain over a couple of hours from about midnight. Bad enough getting that rain during the day but at night you cannot see what is really going on. I bet there will be a lot of garden repairs to do now. Has been a crazy lot of rainfall around this year. Been all around us but we have missed it so far.

Morning all.

Sunny day. With all the rain, we are seeing a few spiders about. Had a big mother red back on my jumper the other day and a white tail on Josh's bed.

47mm. That's a big. Ray, you might need to cut a hole in the concrete and make a sump pump.

"tanks" here---Come on you blokes,
47ml is nothing to note or to get excited about. Settle down Rutherglen, there is more to come.
Up here in God's Country (where the "lady god reigns"), we don't even notice the rain unless it is around 350ml, which is enough to get her out onto the TV.

47mm?? Musta had the rain gauge under the veranda.
We recorded 140mm — then the gauge overflowed.
We had a bit of damage to our driveway, and a panel in the eaves gave way.
At midnight we had an inch of water flowing through the garage. This morning there’s about ¾” of mud in the carport. Hate to think what it would have been without the sleeper barrier I placed along the uphill side! :o
Sorry about the orientation. Usual problem. Someone fix pls?
The black pipe was buried under 2” of gravel, hard against the concrete.
The bucket was left in the yard — dry — yesterday.
Brick is perforated.

The official rain gauge, like the official thermometer, is 7km out of town. Doesn’t reflect conditions in our area.

Morning Boy's and Girl's.
Little birdy told me I didn't post yesterday I did...it must have gone to where ever Dave's posts disappear to :D
Had a day off after the bacon and eggs :D :D I did move the "winny" back to is normal spot.
But the day before (Saturday) I worked on changing the trailer connection on the Ute. It had a round one on but all the others have flat...so after removing the round one I didn't notice the wire...bugga me there were two red wires and two black , So after several goes at it it was finally solved, another of those jobs the only get fixed on the amount of swearing one does
We had a cuppla scuds here yesterday only short but heavy...And Anna the Goanna turned up for a hand-out.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. I wondered what happened to you yesty morn, Bernie. Saw you were here when I was posting.
Anyhow.. We had nothing in the way of showers here, must have gone elsewhere. Managed to get a bit of grass mowed and some Bougainvillea trimmed, and that was about it at our place. It's bacon and egg day at our place today.
Safe travels everybody, have a great week.
Cheers
