Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I use chicken necks. Carp cut in pieces is OK too but it stinks after just a few hours & 5 washes with soap still don't remove the smell of your hands.
Some recommend Velvet soap but I haven't tried that.

Worked well! Lasted well, too… the yabbies couldn’t tear chunks off it too easily. 👍😜
Sometimes caught enough to feed the four of us!!
Me, myself and I .... that accounts for three of you, but who was the fourth?

We used to use lamb neck chops. Tie a bit of hay band through the centre of the bone. Lasts for ages. And a chicken wire net. Simples. Have you ever tried cheese?
Works on Murray cod, yellow belly and Murray crays if you can find some.

In the dam, the boys would try and catch yabbies with meat tired with wool. So soon as they felt the wool, they were gone.
But, if they tied the meat on with reeds, the yabbies wouldn't let go. So much so, the boys could poke them with reeds and all was fine.

Good morning All.
Bob, be thankful for the thunder and lightning rather than bombs and missiles as in Ukraine. :(

Morning all.
No didn't sleep in Bob. Power has been out for quite a few hours, there will be a lot of flooding in our area, still raining.

Good morning everyone. We have had another 20mm here. Not enough to cause any flooding, so pretty lucky. Getting the windscreen in the Winny replaced, so that will take up half the day. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers
