I had a friend's car drop quite a bit of oil on our drive and I have tried everything to clean it up without any success whatever. :x

Many moons ago there was a place in Maryborough that sold all sorts of cleaning liquids...I'll have to track them down. Will go to the top and ask my daughter 🤗🤗🤗😍

Found the place that sells cleaning stuff....right where its always been :oops:
Got a sms from my mate that is/was going to do a road trip with me...they were being evacuated from their home near Ipswich. The is/was is a unknown at the moment...they may loose their house :evil:
Cuppla heavy showers yesterday. Didn't bother seeing how much.
Keep safe if your near any flood water, Maryborough is cut off our end.

Good morning, 20c cloudy, feel for all the people affected by the flood waters in Queensland, the government surely needs to do something about the serious flood situation & the main highway being cut once again.
We only had nuisance rain again y'day, on & off again, certainly better than the downpours further north, rain till Wednesday is predicted.

Last day of summer & looking like a nice day coming up. (Always got told to NEVER use the word 'nice'.)
Days are sure getting shorter & shorter! :cry:

Good morning everyone. It looks like the rain has finally moved off to the south now. We had nearly 140mm in the gauge, with most of it through the night. There is a lot of flooding still about. Looks like Brisbane and Maryborough are having their turn this morning. All the low lying areas are already in trouble.

Morning all,

Day 3 of ISO. Some painting done. (Not me),
Hard and green waster next week - a big Camellia is getting a 20yr trim.

Dave I think you're right, heading south, humid here for the week
