Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Day 3 of ISO. Some painting done. (Not me),
Hard and green waster next week - a big Camellia is getting a 20yr trim.

Dave I think you're right, heading south, humid here for the week

Don't play in puddles everyone.
We didn't have much choice, the rain outside must have been tired so it decided to come inside and turn the bed in guest room into a waterbed ...... Thought about getting on the roof to see where the problem was, but decided the problem could wait ...... getting wet while crumpled up on the concrete after doing an unscheduled roof evacuation didn't appeal to me

Doctor prescribed me some little blue pills (not those type Dottie) that were supposed to suppress the nerve pain/itching as a long term affect caused by the shingles. Take one at night .... I only lasted a few night with them, I reckon they still had some sleep left over each morning  I might try one again tonight, just take it a lot earlier and see if I can sleep all night for a change and not end up with the bottom sheet bunched up in the middle of the bed.
If I remember I'll get the name of them for you and post it on Monday .....

They say it can take weeks for Amitrophyline to begin to work in the small dose you're taking, so wouldn't expect results the first night or even week and they were originally used for depression, but can make it worse. I took some a few decades ago when trying to work out my depression, but they screwed with my brain and made me worse and had to stop.

Like all pharmaceuticals they also have some pretty bad side effects, particularly if you have some existing conditions, like type 2 diabetes or epilepsy, constipation is one of the worst side effects. So it's well worth checking them out fully to see if they are safe for you if you have any of the conditions they effect. Natural methods ended up fixing my depression once worked out the triggers.

I had to give them away after a few weeks, looking at the card of them I took 14 all together, I was so sleepy during the day it wasn't worth it, but I did sleep all night each night I took them.
Never got a chance to try them on Saturday night, a few more than usual steaks in a glass did the job just fine

Mine were in much higher does than 10mg, so practically wiped me out every day and the constipation just made me angry. My thinking is anti depression drugs are designed to wipe you out and fog your brain, but do nothing to overcome the problem or discover the triggers, hope they work for you.

I'm on different anti nutter pills, needed to stop me biting people's heads off, mostly my wife's because the pay back is really a bitch
Everyone is affected by depression differently, but the anti depressants do have that mind deadening effect, so I'm sharper and smarter off the drugs, but only short term, then I'd be awake all night fighting the pillow over the face if I dozed off

I'm sure most will disagree with me, in my opinion most depression and other mental illnesses today are caused by the huge amount of chemicals and preservatives in foods. Our brains work on chemicals balance and when there's an imbalance in the chemical makeup of the brain it causes confusion, ill ease, weird thoughts and other disturbing consequences. The only way to maintain the right brain chemical balance that makes us what we are, you need to make sure the chemicals going into your body are from natural food sources and when you add the huge amount of chemical pollution most are subjected to in societies, along with the chemical emissions from todays furniture and household products. It's no wonder we see growing mental illness problem and why so many young people are suffering from mental problems, especially in the young.

A psychologist I was sent to told me they felt that's where the problems are arising, so decided to test out their theory, found it worked and my depression and other mental problems slowly went away. Now my PTSD is controllable and doesn't adversely effect me anymore, I sleep well, don't have negative thoughts which I dwell on or interrupt my life and don't get into down moods for more than a minute or two.

Of course still get pissed off when things go wrong or won't work out, but instead of throwing things or looking elsewhere to blame, just get on with it and there are times when people irritate me, but put that down to me being weird and seeing things differently to most. After all, we are all different in some way and that's what makes the world go round and being a muso, means my idiosyncrasies and exclusiveness are accepted by the community around me.
