Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning All. Mowed the difficult bit yesterday afternoon luckily. Light rain overnight so will have to wait in order to get to the front lawn.

I think it was something he ate in cooking class
I didn't do cooking at school, but you knew when scones were made in the class they ended up as missiles at end of school day

Some of my early efforts would have been in the rock cake category

As I said what a crap cook I am here is one example, When we moved to NZ 1975 the lady across the road bought some scones to welcome us to the neighborhood, they were lovely so I asked her for the recipe, so being the dutiful wife that I was decided to make them, Terry my past husb loved food so he was eager to get stuck into those beautiful looking scones, after stacking on the jam and cream he took a bit bite and promptly spat it out :o WTF or words to that effect are these? After checking with the neighbor it turns out I used backing soda in stead of baking powder   For the first time ever I had finally found something Terry couldn't eat..

Shirley, that's probably the same recipe that I used.
Looks like we all have had a failure here and there.
