Good morning 16c raining, overcast/misty can't even see across or up the lake, we really need the tap turned off, everywhere the ground is water-logged, Dorothea Mackellar's poem My Country, I love it too.

Good afternoon, rain stopped, still bleak sun trying to make an appearance.
Thought Helen & Paul were going to settle down up in Queensland ? Say good day from me, enjoy their visit.

Morning Folks.
Another lazy day was had yesterday...no rain but just a miserable day.
Picked up another "part" for the solar...depending on what happens with todays weather I may get the erg to attaché it
I also have a box trailer full of timber one of the neighbors gave me, I'll have to do something about that as well.
Keep safe.
Dave I have that "goo" in the post to my place. may have it tomorrow...or not.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all still no rain here, all well at the heart specialist yesterday. Couple of things to keep an eye on as well as getting my weight and blood pressure down
Came home and did a 8 hour cold smoke of one piece of bacon I have been preparing. Will hot smoke the other two today.
Have to get back under the van and tidy up the wiring for the solenoid valves on the water line and then finish cleaning and restocking the van. Will be good to get away for a while.
Take care Robert

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. We had maybe 10mm of rain yesty and not much sun. Did bugger all except go to the supermarket. Spent more than we needed to. I'm off to the doc again this morning to organise some more blood tests.
Don't have anything else planned. Safe travels everybody.

Re: Good morning daily
You can send some of that rain this way anytime you want, gotta get the river pump going again .... either that or buy more town water
No doubt if I fill the tanks it will pour rain for a week .....
Helen and Paul are here today to check out something Paul thought was a problem but was actually the system doing what it is supposed to do ...... no harm done, great to see them again.
Finally managed to get the new A Van with the 3 x 150Ah solar King batteries to work together. then did battle with the Projecta electronic box and the new shunt they bought that A Van said would solve all the problems ..... it didn't, nor did it work properly. Finally installed a Victron 712BMV and they were very happy with how well that worked. we also have fitted an Enerdrive DC to DC 50 amp charger so that should sort the recharging problem ...... then the Thetford 3 way fridge decided to chuck a nasty, repaired all the wiring to that but then it decided to thrown in the towel on 12v all together. At least it still works on LPG so not all was a a failure there.
