Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Completely blind or just poor vision Helen? What was the op you had designed to fix? I'm still waiting for elective surgery to resume so I can get the cataracts removed, need to use the phone camera to zoom in the image so I can read the little Junsi cell voltages now .... an absolute pain in the ...... It certainly isn't helping my mig welding trying to build this battery box for the Prius, I keep welding one side and not the other and then wandering off across the metal sheet away from the weld joint  It's starting to look like I used a pigeon to weld it together

Nah no way. I have rotating double vision and lack of ability on keeping my eyelids open. In other words I see two of every thing but dont know which or any are correct so if driving I would see two roads at differing angles or levels but after test every year I am still considered safe to drive. Dont even need the glasses I have used for about 40 years
Do you want to be coming the other way towards me. Even have trouble in shopping centres let alone in a car at 100kph

Yo everyone, rain has just started. The reason HTFFBO is gone in one eye is due to her peeping through the key holes of other campers, she was warned but Oh no ! BUT she is like my mum, Had eyes in the back of her head.

Bruce has cataracts on both eyes, found out he also has glucoma, when he had consultation with eye specialist, he has the first one off next Monday week, second one in September, so hopefully then he'll have better vision. The specialist charges $500 above Medicare allowance 😢So there goes $100O plus about another $500 for her consultations so far.

I had both mine done 1 month apart, the hosp made a mistake with their accounts and I didn't have to pay for the 2nd one

I had cataracts removed from both eyes & replacement lenses inserted about 20~25 years ago — two ops, two weeks apart — had to pay 100% of the $5000. But it’s worth it!
Coupla years ago I was getting blurry vision. Ophthalmologist in Albury zapped the regrowing cataracts with a focussed laser. In & out in 30 minutes (25 minutes of that waiting 😜), and no problem since.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Our fund will cover the hospital account Dot & the specialist account to the scheduled fee but unfortunately the gap is $500 for each eye for the operation.
Ray, Bruce is having cataracts removed & lenses implanted, hoping for an excellent outcome, he has been told that he will probably only need glasses for close vision, at the moment he wears graduated lenses glasses all the time.
