I hope the Mannum Council is smarter the the clowns at Brisvegas. They didn't have a proper plan up here. They just left all the Rivercats and ferries at their normal overnight berths and a lot were damaged by tree, jetties and other crap that came floating down the river. I don't know what they do with the cable ferries. Anyone have a clue?

In SA, the ferries are part of the roads network, they replace bridges, the tourist boats are up to the owners to get into safe waters, generally the flood lagoon that extends from Mannum all the way up past our place, but the Mannum end is deeper.
In the Marina, everyone runs around like their heads have been chopped off and use the "We'll all be rooned said Hanrahan'' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lR7pDPy1PI philosophy

T1, I don't reckon I'll be getting much change from $2k, but it does come with a new vac pump for the brakes.
I don't reckon that I could justify the expense of trying to turn an old truck into a state of the art EV, or even its cheap cousin. Reckon we will be looking at what's available when the time to downsize comes. Things will have certainly moved forward by then.

Good morning.
Busy busy day was had, I have two coats of the roof stuff applied complete with the geo-cloth stuff around all the edges...and one full coat across the whole roof....will get the second coat on this morning before it's too hot. And maybe the first of the finishing coats, later in the day.....Took a cuppla hours to do the edge, and half a hour to do the roof.
Edge with brush roof with roller.
Making hay while the sunshine's.
We did have a eastern brown come through close to maybe 5 feet.
