Dr gave me referrals for blood tests and brain scan. Bloods done already but can't get a brain scan until next Wednesday. I advised Dr in the hope that he can speed things up, here's hoping.

Only just reading catching up, hope you get to the problem of your dizziness/fainting feeling George, not good when you're planning to fly overseas.
Hope you're better half is feeling improved Deborah, he needs to take it easy until he does feel 100%. Definitely correct with our weather, great to sea sunshine although it was a little warm playing bowls on Tuesday & again today, we start at 9.30 from next Thursday for the duration of daylight saving period, we don't play Tuesday, Melbourne Cup Day.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Got home too late to start any garden work Deborah but tomorrow is a day of garden work. Got a bag of whoflungdung to judge if suitable and how much we need. .Took all the straw from the birds cage and that will go around the fruit trees. Hoping this years fruit trees follow through with the amount of fruit on so far, but I will have to thin some out. Man did a quote for the roof redo ha ha as soon as he mentioned Senior discount, he blew any hope he had, The first quote was $6,000 which was what we orig price This guy's price $!6,000, then the disc of $3k. In his dreams, I bet this lot are the same as the other scammers where they have to ring their boss etc. Now we do the court paperwork and serve the original guy with the papers.
Sent another email off to our MP re the non-contact about our shitty road condition he said he would get done. Shirley is Bruce still happy with his eyesight? George how is Julie's covid recovery doing? and Deborah, your old boy has a bit to go yet, early days but it sounds it is all ok. My physio and her bookkeeper have been digging through all her account books and they have finally cracked the ways her original bookkeeper has been fixing the books with help from the bank, 2 forensic accountants could not figure it out and when they were shown they said they had never seen anything so elaborate, so all looks good for AJ to send this person down. So many thieving people around these days and the clever ways they do it but like AJ's lady bookkeeper they get caught in the end. Off to bed now so everyone behave. Goodnight, everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
another nice day, got some gardening done but some damage to my thumb see if it settles in a few days of rest, I think it is either scar tissue or a keloid happening.
The man that did our roof (1st) has taken his website down but I found his address so when the paperwork is done we shall be taking a trip to his home, and I will serve him the court papers
Ray that whoflungdung don't go too far does it? so will put near the plants that really need it and then use the wood chips for mulch. Vet rang today to give us the info about the birds and their naughtiness resulting of eggs. She said birds can be de sexed but very expensive, so we have opted for taking out the straw. Hope everyone is safe and well so goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Good morning Dot, Bruce is very happy with the eye results, his long distance is better than ever & doesn't need to wear glasses unfortunately he does need them for reading, he purchased a pair of script single vision glasses but may get graduated lenses later on, he has been wearing graduated lenses for over 30 years, the specialist did say it can take a few months for the eyes to completely recover.

Now, he'll be able to spot the jewellery store earlier and navigate across the road.....
56 years he's been waiting for this moment.
