My New Job...

Just the other day someone asked me ...

"Now that you're retired do you miss having a job?"

I replied... "Oh yes, initially, but I quickly found a new position. I'm now my wife's sexual adviser."

Somewhat shocked, they said... "I don't understand - what does that mean?"

Seems like she doesn't understand that the advise your giving her is only trying to help her to do things an easier way.

From your vantage point on the couch you can see easier ways to do things and a few simple pointers you give are only meant to be helpful.
Little things like :-
when you bring me a cuppa you could bring the bickie tin as well and save yourself a second trip.
If you carried all the washing to the laundry And included the pegs and wash powder that would save her feet from getting too sore.
"if I bought you a tray it would be easier for you to bring all the bits etc , as well as my stubbie ( or what you have ) out that I need to do the bbq, ohh and don't forget the cleaning stuff will ya.

You know simple things like that ..
I stopped trying to help Phyl like that as she has funny ideas about how she wants do do it her own F****ng way THANK YOU !!!!!
