Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Its raining here as well. So much for sunny Qld. Haven't got much planned today except load up the fridge in the Winny. Might watch a couple of horse races today. Glad you got the roof done before the rain arrived Bernie. Stay safe and dry everybody. Safe travels.
Cheers

Morning All,

Going to be cold here today. Still waiting on some bits to repair the diesel heater. Gee, you learn a lot about things when you have to fix them!!

A few days ago, Nigel said it was going to be cold, today is the day I think???? Stay warm in NSW, Vic and Tassy.

To say it's raining here puts a bit to fine an edge on it ..... it is so loud on the shed tin roof we have to wear ear protection and everything is sort of via sign language ..... not quite the female surveyor's assistant level though

Keep this weather at Mannum please Terry, we have also had hail, sleet now waiting for the snow. Heavy down pours of rain and strong winds comes and goes. Washing from yesterday is all dry and just airing out as the fire is going. 11 degs here brrr. I must ask Q/ Helen aka HTFFBO what was the cause of the bed collapse :?: :?:

Good afternoon, we've had gusty strong westerly winds overnight & all day, no rain sunshine, the wind is whipping up waves across the lake & not a soul to be seen.

Hope all the punters won some dollars today, haven't seen the race yet.

Evening all. Re the "great Race" I don't watch any horse racing of any description since I found out what goes on behind the scenes after working in the racing industry for many years, I have also been told NOT to say anything as there is an under currant of the Italian family here in Aust. Told this by a friend who is a trainer and has had a "gentle" warning. Same as Greyhound racing and the cruelty that is also within that so called "sport" . As with everything it is everyone's own choice . Still pelting down rain with strong winds brrrr cold as. 10 degs now.

Morning folks still disgusting in Darwin could never live back up here. Pushing around 40 c and high humidity certainly could do with a bit of the Adelaide cold weather.

Dinner with some friends at the Noonamah Tavern last night, rather disappointed in the fall of standard in the past 12 months.

On Dinah Beach tonight to catch up with my old mate if he is well enough, cancer is progressing fast I believe.

Hope every one has a great hump day, Dot how you going with quotes for the pavers you can still borrow my blaster if required. Cheers Robert.
