Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Visitors take priority over TV, so I missed the race.
He’s staying for a while, doesn’t have to be at his brother’s place until coupla days before Christmas.
Meantime he’s transferring our CD collection to a portable hard drive for us to use OTR.
Because Van Ordinaire IV is quite new, we can use the hard drive on the Aux input to the car sound system. 😀
Radio in the Towed Haul also supports Aux input. 😄
Ray that sounds like what I want to do but have no idea of how when where or why to do it.
Nor do I… that’s why he’s doing it. 😁
The two tricky bits are saving them in the correct type of file structure for the device that will replay them and getting all the sound levels the same.
The thumb drive that plugs into the Silver Prius audio head needs to see separate files under the artist and album and then track names and any other reference details you want to appear on the screen, but the thumb drive for the Hino, Mazda and Kombi sound system just has them all in files sorted as various play lists, that way they can random select tracks from that file so it plays a mix of around 3 hrs music, then just select another file and away it goes again. The Prius set up can read that layout, but it can play 36 hrs of music that can be selected by artist, album and track name, or from the first artist in alphabetical order, song one album one, through to the last artist, last album, last track, then start again if you let it
The song level on the Prius thumb drives are all even, because the other thumb drives are added to or deleted from over time, the sould levels are all over the place, certainly wakes you up if you were a bit drowse when you had turned it up for a track that was recorded at a low sound level and the random track was put down at a much louder sound level

All the sound tracks and other info is on the computer, we just select what tracks we want on the thumb drive, paste a copy to the thumb drive and away we go.
Brian has all his "music" on hard drives and then into his computer and from there to the sound system, then he can select what "brass band music" he wants to torture the neighbours with

I was here at 4:00pm today all alone. I guess you are all off listening to the music.
I am trying to stay awake tonight for Judge John Deed. another night of excitement.

Dot,

he said, you need to sort the songs and save them at the same volume levels.

Good morning, "tanks" here----
What a disappointment was yesterday.
I sat up all afternoon waiting for Judge John DEED to screen on the TV last night.
The TV Station have replaced the series without telling me!
Keith.

Good morning.
My walk yesterday caught sight of two Brolga's one Kangaroo and a Peacock.
Started off doing bugga all, then next door asked could I remove the wire from the back post so he could put a new post in...that was as far as that went...he hired a minny excavator.
But the auger wouldn't work. the seal where the hose fits just kept letting oil out   so all that didn't go to plan.
I did help supervise the other project he is doing...non paying job
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone, another hot day coming up in beautiful sunny Qld. Did a bit of trimming and tidying up early on yesty, then hid inside most of the day. Going fishing with the youngest gkid soon. So, I guess that counts as a nuffin day. Will need the sunscreen today, for sure.
Happy hump day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers
