Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!
Tried one of the custard apples we have growing, very smooth after you spit the pips out. Next door liked them more than we did. Wisteria #1 is blooming again. Overdid the gardening thing today, got ordered inside. Bugger this getting old, it bloody well stinks. Shirley are you giving those new balls a run for their money? Deborah what is the next assignment to be undertaken in the lair? HTFFBO is on the road again heading to Melb to see the kids etc for a few weeks before heading back to Boona. Off to bed now as totally knackered. Stay safe everyone and goodnight x Goodnight Pet-els x (where are you?)

Helen TFFBO,
If you’re heading for Melbourne via the Hume, you’re welcome to take a small detour south of Albury for a cuppa (or something stronger if you’d like to overnight here).
PM me if you’re interested.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Glad that you’re back on deck Dot, hope that you are feeling better & Best Wishes to you both for the Anniversary, take it easy for awhile, the work will still be there waiting for you.
The bowls are performing great, it’s just the bowler that needs to slow down, concentrate & think positive I have been attending a clinic with my mate of a Friday arvo, learning how to control weight, where to bowl to, deliver a drive etc., very beneficial I think.
Dot, it's so good to see back at the helm. Thinking about preparing food is a good thing, especially for your young men. The gardening thing, well, don't overdo it. xxxx
Shirley, that clinic sounds a bit technical, but I hope it helps you to get those balls working the way you want them to.
Welcome back to Newy George.
I decided to bite the bullet a get back to the shed. I am trying to not make anything new because I have an over supply of stock. I took down a wonky sandwich tray and an even wonkier bowl. The sandwich tray had a strange edge shapes, so it's having a warm night tonight, over some different formers.
The red bowl was meant to have an edge of clear glass lace. I had overfried it and the lace was horrible. After starting the tray off in the kiln, I got down to noisy work. I used my dremel with a diamond saw blade, to cut off the crappy clear and chop it into small pieces. Then it was munched up by the shed blender and made into very small pieces to start the lace making process again. The red part of the bowl is in many pieces too. It had some hammer therapy, just for a while. It will get the first firing on it's own to make it back to being one bit of glass. So that will be tomorrow, hopefully.
It was good to start off the kiln firing book for this year. I guess that means I am sort of back to w**k.
slack day today,G was busy revamping Brians personal space and I just picked some plumbs and tomatoes. Ha ha I went into the bus to see what was needed in the way of clothing Oh sorry I meant to spy over the fence My friend in NZ had her Aunty's diamond ring valued last week after 5 years, then it was valued at $12k last week it was $32k asked her to leave that one to me I had custard and stewed plumbs for pudding tonight I think it would of tasted nice. Good on you Shirley for escaping for a few days. Bed time now, take care one and all Goodnight everyone x Goodnight RossP x PS Good onyu Deborah, pics when done

Thought you were away Ray? Thanks for anniversary wishes. BTW May I ask Joy for her lasagna recipe please?
We were away, for eight days.
Just a shakedown trip in the Towed Haul to check out what manuals we have to read.
Also a trial run with the girls to see how they like travelling. No problem at all. They enjoyed the whole thing. Although not too sure of their first experience of surf (6” waves max!).
I’ll email you Joy’s Lasagna recipe as soon as I can convince her to write it down.
Regards & God bless,
Ray
