Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning All. 23* with max of 24* forecast, a bit different to yesterday when it reached 32*. It looks like I may finally get the MH rego due date changed from 28/1 to 28/7 to avoid having to get a pink slip during the Christmas holiday period. I managed to get a refund of approx 50% of that paid for the Green Slip which I paid while overseas ( payment for 6 months wasn't possible then and once that insurance was paid only 12 months rego was available).

"tanks" was discharged from hospital this morning and is now home.
I am not doing very much and waiting for referrals from the GP for CT Scans at Emerald Hospital.
Once I am informed of the Radiology Dept appointment time I can arrange for my housekeeper or her partner to drive me to the Emerald Hospital for the magic machine to do its' thing, and also pick up a Subway from Emerald CBD.
I will use my own mighty MG-3 for the trip rather than tie-up an ambulance. It is around 135 km each way to Emerald and the radiology time at the hospital will account for around 4 hours all up. I don't need to hold up an ambulance for that length of time.
The Scan results are available within a day or so and then it is back to the GP and I hope this does not involve a return to hospital as I am rather a reluctant patient.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Onya Keith!!
Best to stay away from hospitals. They seem to be full of sick people! 🙄
Stay safe, and we hope to travel north again sometime this year… once Qld & NSW dry out a bit. 😀
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Dot, going by some of the news reports, your mate was a little bit lucky. Unless there is a tree on the house that we can't see.
Cheers
