Gas refill & exchange

Just went to BCF and refilled a 9kg bottle for $24.90
Went to Supercheap to exchange a 9kg [mt] for a 4.5kg [full] they wanted $22.90.
Went to Bunnings and changed for 17.90.

Both stores in Port Macquarie NSW.

My local gas refiller charges $23 for a 9kg refill and 14 for a 4.5kg but only on Tuesdays. Don't know what the regular price is.

We pay $14 at the local servo for a 4.5kg, our problem is that our bottles are Manchester brand & they are not as tall more squat so we have to refill not swap.

Hell, we pay $34.90 at local Urunga Shell gas and go exchange on a 9kg......

The above prices are for 9kg cylinder refills,(with the exception of Berry NSW which was an exchange) the price varies from place to place but the Outdoors and camping shops seem to have the better prices in my experience.
Our usage is around 1 month per cylinder, this is for Cooking, Stove and BBQ, and hot water, where there is a longer time between fills is where the bus is not being used.

It appears that different prices prevail at different BBQ galore stores. Maitland is $16.95 while Kotara is $29.95 - both for 9kg refill.
