Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Night Dot xxxx

Today was the day of miracles. The postie arrived with the package of heater parts, fairly early. I sent off a text to let the gas fitter know about this and he rang to say he was coming home from Sydney, so would stay on the freeway and see what he could do. We now have a working, firing heater. It is finally warm in this house...watch out, next I will be whinging about having to replace a gas bottle.

Kiln run was good. The bits are finally ready for the next step. I filled up the shelf with lots of bits to make a bowl. Tonight, I am having second doubts as to whether I used enough glass or not. Tomorrow will tell.

night all xxx
Deborah

Nice to see you back Dot. Hoping the cold down there isn't too much for you xxxx

Well done Shirley, all that working out and new balls have paid off. xxx

Tanks, thinking of ya mate xxx

The kiln run was ok. As expected, the steel former was not filled with enough glass. So I added a heap more and tomorrow will show the difference. I did a few little maintenance jobs around my shed and then came upstairs to the warm. I have been trying to take a picture of each of the plates that we lug around to these events. If I can pack the same plates/bowls into the same package each time, I will be able to find the exact ones that I want to sell. Each market has different patronage and each market will have much different sizes of stalls. Some are getting to be so expensive, that I am having to make my space a lot smaller, otherwise we wont be able to be there at all.

Oh it's so nice to be properly warm.

Nighty night xxx
Deborah

Was a nice drive down the hill to the physio this arvo but on the way home the black clouds rolled over and the heavens opened up but the mad drivers kept on as normal scary shite. J-d you didn't mention the golf buggy ? Off to the hairdressers tomorrow spike and dyke cuts again. Next for Gman will be a cut and polish  Poor ol Tanks is still not able to get on here and Bruce is stumped as to the cause. Nice to hear you are warm again Deborah. Heading to the block next week for a few days so will do the op shop circle, the little country town shops are far better than the bigger towns shops. Local save the sprogs shop had blouses for $9. Cheaper in K mart. Plain greed, seeing as there are needy people doing it tough these so called charity shops put their prices up. :? :? Brian is telling me it is supper time then bed time so I must follow my masters wishes. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Pet-els x :D

Sorry Dot. I thought I did.

Yes. All working. Had to replace two circuit boards.

All up. It ended being about half the price of a new one.

Thank you for your and George's help. ♥
