Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Dot, you are correct, we are racking up the k's. In Coral Bay tonight and tomorrow. Was hoping to meet friends here, but they have been delayed. Their son flew into Exmouth yesterday and started mustering on a huge property at 6 am this morning. But he loves it.
There is some much beautiful scenery up this way, interspersed with bland nothingness but coastal scrub and hundreds of feral goats.
I really am looking forward to the rest day tomorrow, before we head south again.
Cheers
David

You got it right Dot. The vinnies here is a very small dark building with not a lot to interest us. Next week, it could be a totally different stock level, so not really criticizing that shop, just the stock when we visited. xxxx

Peter, No shop there now mate. It looked like there had been some older shops around from where the iga is now. I think you found my sort of shop, just not in my time. ;)

Apart from hunting a secret shop, we did very little. Had lunch with the rsl crowd and a quiet afternoon. Will be moving on to Dubbo tomorrow

He's a naughty boy just like out dear sheep shagger. Watched a bit of the BOB's but only time trials tonight and that is a tad boring so I am off to bed e buys now. Take care everyone and goodnight x :D Goodnight Norman x :D

My dad told me that many years ago, maybe it was a sheep shagger that cottoned on to that one

Dot, we must save a fortune in slug n snail bait. We have so many feral ducks that our garden has no slugs or snails, so I don't really know what our blue tongue eats. xxxx

Robert, you are so naughty.

Had a leisurely drive to Dubbo today and really, not a lot to see. We stayed in the van (packing it all up and then sorting it all back to where it goes) for most of the day and tomorrow, we will do our op shopping.

After a warm sunny day and doing nothing apart to try to use the hand held sunbeam steamer I have come to the conclusion that a new steam iron might be easier for me to use, having to hold the bottom of the item and the other hand to use the steamer thing it is rather heavy & hard for me to do and the refilling is a pita. Out fruit trees and vegs are all enclosed with netting so nothing apart from snails / slugs can get in there. Also put crushed eggshells around as well. Had a small bit of meat get stuck down the throat tonight, tried to push it down with a drink but that didn't work so lots of coughing finally got it down. Might have to think about what inaesthetic I have Monday shall have a good chat to the gaslady about that. Got a couple of vac bags of summer clothes out today to sort through again  Think I am in for a big job and the op shop shall be pleased. (G will) BOB's are back to racing 25ks to go, your Jaco boys are doing ok Deborah. Hope all the sickies are improving and the travellers out on the roads are being good. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Pet-els x :D

Dot, saw some lovely tops in vinnies, but they had them all marked at $15. I can buy the same shirts online for ten, but wasn't game to say anything to the lady who knew it all. Some op shops just make me sad with their greed. xxxx

Shirley, you shining again on the green, sounds like you wont have time to leave the greens and go away in your MH. Keep up the wins xxx

Had a good day re-discovering Dubbo. Found some op shop finds of books, but not a lot of anything else. Did a reccy of the rsl where we will set up tomorrow. Their restaurant was a bit disappointing. It seems that pork is very cheap out this way, so many of the meals featured piggy wigs. Spent the afternoon reading bits of books and checking various weather forecasts. Not looking great, with big winds and some rain. It is what it is.

This machine would not work last night, took the battery out this arvo and away it went again ???? Physo this morning then Oncologist after. More bloods and another CT to be done. Never bloody well ending. Hospital rang with confirmation of all things painful for Monday. Took the steamer (hand held) back as too heavy so I got an iron  , at least I don't have to hold it up. Now I will have to use it  Tanks as well as the Queen and Mr Major passing on this day my dear old dad also popped off but 35 years ago. With the yes or no thing coming up I am ever so glad dad isn't here to see it, he was very open in his opinions (if asked) Shirley you are becoming a real champ with your new balls . well done indeed. Bernie just take things slowly, don't need you blowing off the roof. BOB's on again soon. Just saw on the news the Kings head will not be on the $5 note and will be replaced by YEP " a first nations person. With that news I am not going to be like my Dad, Who gets to make that decision?? I object. And with that I say goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Charlie x :D

Dot, hope all the latest run of tests show nothing that will worry you.xxxx

A weird thought. If you can get a hold of legally made weed, can you drive when using it? Does it alter your mind as well as helping the pain? Would a copper's drug test pick it up?

We are set up in Dubbo RSL and it has been so calm and done in a couple of hours. Maybe all the practising of the last months has made us form a sort of routine. Every market is different The shapes of the tables is a huge variable. Depending on the cost of each event, I may have two or three tables booked. We will be keeping our hands in with another two events this month. I don't think that the truck will be unloaded at home any time soon.

That also means that the shed won't be part of our lives for a bit either. I have already started to make some plans for newer works, but the need to move some stock on and pay for more glass is there in the background.
