Port Mac has not been a hugely profitable weekend, but we did get up to a lot of mischief and had some laughs with the organising ladies. They have now found that, being school holidays has worked against us. There have been a lot of extra markets around town and in the general areas as well as a lot of entertainment/festivals for the kids. If they change the dates, we may not be able to come for their event, but not too stressed either way. We will still be doing their event in Dubbo next year and any others that happen to work into our calendar.

We are both exhausted, so a big sleep in tomorrow, followed by a drive home on Tuesday.

Today was a sleep day and I mean a sleep day. I finally got out of bed at 3.30pm G did wake me up on numerous times but not for too long and I was back to sleep. Managed to get 2 loads of washing done and a bit of watering as well. George found a swarm of bees setting up home in the wisteria so he convinced them to move along with a fine mist of water, I reckon they will be back though, Glad you had a good time with like minded people esp laughing is good for you. Looks like more lovely weather for the next few days so more time outside for some sun. Another dose of Vit D is due this week. yum yum. Take care everyone and goodnight to all x Goodnight Bobr x

Had thunder and rain a bit earlier, not much rain but it did save the watering. Did 0 at all today apart from folding yesterdays washing, Gman tried again to snuff me out with his cooking, I like to do the meat cooking but G insisted he had it under control. If the meat is cooked correctly then I can eat small bits slowly but he tends to "stew" meat . I am starting to think he does it so he gets my meat for his lunch? Anyway I get my revenge as he has to make custard for me when he kills the meat. What was the holiday today? have no idea. Brian is doggie sitting this Friday night, Off to bed e buys now so goodnight everyone x Goodnight Robert n Bob x

We came home today, it's been very hot and the roads were stuffed. No accidents, just super slow moving holiday traffic. Not really a fun trip. We arrived in one bit and then unloaded as much as we could from the van . Tomorrow we should get the van back into the back yard and give it a really good wash. I hate to see it as filthy as it has managed to get this trip.

Well bugger me, I was up early today 0930, showered and ready for the day which consisted of giving jobs to be done to Gman trimming a couple of shrubs again. He had been on hold for the legal advice mob but after on hold for 2 hrs it rang out, apparently, they are short of lawyers, guess they are all over in the states next in the line of "his" legal team I went into the never used bathroom and there was a real stink, got G to put some draino down the bath, shower, and floor drain plus he undid all the drains and cleaned as far as he could reach and that seems to have fixed the pong. God it stank?? Brian to the vet tomorrow for his worming treatment and a check on his sneezy complaint, and they can clean his ears for me, only pay for the worming pill. . Where is Jd? I need a weather reading from his mate Nigel. Did he get his bus fixed? I did my duty today and made a postal vote. Time for bed so Goodnight everyone Goodnight Jd x

Took Brian to vet for his worming pill and check up for his long standing sniffles and his goopy ears. The vet used a longer ear inspection thing and found he has a polyp deep in ear and his usual gunk in both ears had some infection so she gave more ointment to be done daily for a week then see her again next Wednesday. May have to extract the polyp and the deeper gunk while he is asleep. So he had his worm pill ok and left the clinic in disgust and ruffled fur. Total $120. Thats with his insurance , not bad at all as the real cost would of been over $400. Has anyone noticed the ads on tv are bending to the PC lbgrostyx etc lot? ad for chewing gum 2 females sitting in a car then all of a sudden one of the girls lurches over to the other girl and pokes her tongue down the other ones throat Every show has to have happy people watched that First date show, yep a pr of happy boys doing the same thing in a restaurant. VOMIT tv stuff. End of rant. Had the fire going today it was a bit cold. Where is everyone these days? Stay safe on the roads if travelling. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Peter & Sandra x

Hi Dot, I agree watched “When the men are away” on SBS last night. Two women at it in bed, you get sick of it being pushed down your throat all the time ( pun intended).

Saw the ads for that show and that is the reason we are not watching it. There seems there has to be one of every kind now as not to offend the fairies. And as for those other reality shows well no thanks everyone bonking and tongues going off like a lizard drinking and for that last bit I am jealous

Am heading to bed e buys soon. Off to town tomorrow and I must get to the big green shed. I see Dawn French will be on Tour, and it's title has that terrible word TWAT in it. suck that one FB Shirley you did very well keep going next time next year you will be champ Shirley. I took my 2nd dose of Vit D today, just squirted the 1ml down the throat, didn't taste a thing. Brian also had to have his ear meds of which he does not take kindly to. G had to hold him rather tightly while I had to put 1/2ml into each ear them gently massage the ears for a minute or two, this has to happen for a week. Boy can that cat wiggle.
