Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Take the few tiles up and replace with a small cut off of lino , quick cheap and easy to do. Finally got to get inside the little house our friend has her eye on, solid 1953 stone house, needs a lot of work but she is open to doing this and has clients as well as friends that will help with the needed face lifts and repairs. If she is happy then we are happy. Bloody rehash of the voice thing on every channel  NZ has a new government, last PM made that possible, she left the job before she got dumped. One good thing about the NZ elections is that voting is your choice weather to vote or not. :D :D Happy Xmas tree firing Deborah :D Time for bed so Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Robert not Bob x :D Hope you survived that nasty humid weather.

Glad all that BS of the voice has passed what will albo think up next? Well my physio has bought a house not far from us. Even got the guys price down by 30K that will be used to redo some very needed modifications. G and I have been allotted the job of getting the house professionally deep cleaned and also the garden to be scraped bare. Luckily we know the right people to do just that. :D She gets the key on Thursday and so do we. She has 4 weeks to get it suitable for her to live in it. It was rented out to 2 "happy" aged men, they said the place would be cleaned but ummmm can't see that happening to any decent standard. We must of done something right, out of 2 lotteries, 1/ for the cancer and 2/ the St johns lotteries we once again won tickets to the Adelaide Fringe, 6 bottles of wine and a $100 theatre tickets. just missing the big one. Hope you all had a good weekend. Get well all sickies, too many sick ones these days. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Chuck x :D

Evening Dot just arrived home and glad to be back, weather did not vary much up there 39c or 40 c. Started to affect the lungs and great to be out.

Funeral is not till next week as the coroner had not released the body. Not worried about missing the funersl as we only went to support his ex wife their adult children and grandkids. They are part of out family come hell or high water.

Had a fall up the mates steps but did not spill any wine, damage too my lefy leg and pelvis is sore both sides. Will see what tomorrow brings.

Good night all cheers Robert

Dot, Is your physio doing special deals to get the keys before settlement? Sounds too good to be true. You should have some fun with the house, maybe do a photoshoot with some really weird wall paper taped to the living room wall and tell her that you knew this would be her favourite thing....Vinnies here often has super weird rolls of wallpaper or contact plastic...naughty. Take care young lady and enjoy those winning tickets.xxxx

Robert, be very careful of those aches n pains. If it still hurts, xrays are free and knowledge is power.

You didn't send the right vibes to the Christmas tree haul Dot. The green ones look great, but the clear ones, I was trying for a snowy look. The snow melted in the kiln (just like real snow). So many more hours spent today grinding up some very pale blue glass, in my workshop blender. That was sprinkled on the snow lines and sent back to fire tonight, at a slightly lower temp. I am running out of kiln time, so this has got to be the final firing for them.

When I wasn't in my shed, I was upstairs swearing at tiny earring fittings, as I glued the back plates onto microscopic earrings. More glue on my fingers than on some of the earrings.

I hear you Dot. I believe Bare Funerals do just that. Quiet service for family and just a quick cremation. No dramas and no pressure on anyone. My issue is that while I can do something, to make a family memorial, with some of his nibs cremains (assuming he goes before me) nobody in the family understands how to do the same with mine.

Our local houseboat has been tied up next to the town jetty for many weeks. Tonight it seems to have found the way into the water and is doing a dying swan act at the moment. The town f**kbook page was full of the story, but nobody had the decency to call water police who will contact owner and give him the chance to arrange some form of retrieval before it is totally submerged. When I called water police, it seemed like they had heard nothing until my call. Such a sad story.

I hope that's the right picture, not real good on stealing other's pics from over there. ;)

Busy building Christmas trees and having hassles with them needing a lot of tidying up before getting them set onto light up bases. Lots more to finish tomorrow and hoping that they will be easier to build. I seem to be going one step forward and two steps back.

Good morning 8 deg outside 0100 hrs. Just about to sign off when got a text from Comm Bank asking if I had used my card tonight? I replied NO then I was asked to ring the help line, got through to a nice lady whom asked me some secret Q's then she put me through to the fraud dept, more repeats of Q's and the man said they had blocked my card and will issue me with a new one within a week. After that was done I went to get my card to check the dates etc and bugger me it is not there. I can't remember when I used it last? Mongrels out there. Anyway off to say goodnight now. Have a great day peeps
