Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning.
Shopping day done for another month...spent too much ;) $303 for the rib fillet.
Unfortunately our butcher is pulling the plug, Station Square are asking too much for rent so he has given them one month notice...highway robbery...more of the shop's me thinks will do the same...it's just greed.
I got my strapping to finish the shad shed, and apparently more slow release fertilizer that I didn't think we needed :D :D
Caught up with a cuppla mates I hadn't seen for a while.
That was the day.
Keep safe.

Any turkey knows that INFECTION was the answer to the Temp and BP and also the blood. The surgeon refused to acknowledge any fault on his part but we wait and see when all info is in. I have just got the Freedom of Information papers for the Mt Barker A&E dept and also have put my request in for FOI from the private hosp dept.I nearly fell off the chair when the surgeon said there couldn't be any blood in G's pee and when I replied "well it wasn't orange juice was it?" he seemed to want us out of the room rather quickly  WRONG PERSON M8. G had his check up with the gut man for results of his cough earlier and he is sure it is a nasal drip so wants him to see my throat man. Getting cold now so time to close up for the night.

Morning all.
I'm off to Torbanlea this morning with next door...show and shine and car boot sale should be fun :D
I mowed the front lawn but not the back maybe Sunday.
I also put the brackets that hold up the anti-rattlers on the motorhome...didn't come with any so I have bought them. I have to drill the holes for the end that go on the roller.
Bit of gardening done, that was about the most of yesterdays activities.
Keep safe out there.
Bernie.

Good morning, 16c really bleak, heavy rain & rained heavy during the night, 21c max predicted & 8-30mm rain, looks like an inside day.

I played bowls Thursday & Friday, 1st time for a while definitely a little rusty, did manage a few good results, need to get back into practicing Saturday mornings but not today.

Certainly been an inside day, the rain has been continuous almost all day, only been a couple of dedicated fishermen out in their boats & early this arvo saw a couple of larger yachts sailing down near Pulbah Island. I did do 3 loads of washing all hung in the garage, usually drys overnight.

Good morning.
What a day yesterday was...it had rained at Torbanlea...we were ankle deep in mud, I feel for the vendors, between us Me and John we spent a few hundred dollars. It was a paltry $5 dollars entry...I recon there would still be people trying to get out...most woild have been bogged. John then said we might go to the Tiny house show in Maryborough show grounds, John was the the other helper getting the neighbor's tiny house delivered , John took a lot of photo's to show our mate what he can do with his....And would you believe $35 each just to get in...that is total greed...not happy Jan   Plus it pissed down raining.
Back home and the boss said it had rained heavy here...wasn't hard to see that :D
Todays plans will be with the weather god's, it' light rain at the moment.
Probably an inside day as Shirly said.
BUT it's bacon and eggs day :D :D ;)
Keep safe and dry

Good morning everyone. It rained here from around 5pm to well into the night. Luckily all the family footballers got their games finished before the rain came. Terrie's daughter played her first game of AFL. There were a few women on the other team that could have played front row for NRLW, they got a few hard hits in.
We spent the rest of the day packing up the mh for our annual journey south. We will visit a few friends on the way down.
Have a top day everybody, even if it is a shed day. Safe travels if you are out and about.
Enjoy your bacon and egg Bernie.
Cheers
David

Good morning All.
It rained all day yesterday and most of last night however, the forecast is for partly cloudy and 22* after 10am. I hope it stays that way as I need to do some mowing prior to heading sout on Sunday.

It didn't rain here in Mannum, but that's most days, it's hardly worth a mention if it rains a few spots, but if it rains enough to actually put water in the tanks, it is a much celebrated event  Even during the flood, we only saw other people's rain heading for the ocean, the tiny bit we got cause a gutter high flood in the main street because all the rain that fell over the whole area couldn't get through to the river because the pipes were blocked off, so it came back out the gutter drains, sort of a reverse flow flood. The authorities dug up a long strip of the river bank and added pipes to redirect the water ..... somewhere ...... so if Murphy has his way, it won't rain or flood again until those pipes fill with mud ......
