Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. We arrived home safely, just after lunch time yesterday. Not much has happened in the street since we went away. The SiL has kept the lawn mowed, so that was a relief. Spent the rest of the arvo cleaning and parking up the Winny. I will start cleaning up some of my new treasure in the next week or so.
I'm glad you had a good day at bowls Shirley.
Bernie, that's the best way to find a lost 'something'. I've done that myself a few times.
I hope that all our members that are unwell can get back to a reasonable state of health and enjoy life for a while.
Safe travels everybody, have a top weekend.
Cheers
David

We had one shower of rain ☔ about midday...for about 3 minutes.
Not enough for the frogs to chirp about.
I have figured out how to find my scan meter... I've ordered a new one...bet I find it now 😁😁
Dot being crook is different.
Did you get the lawn mower out Dave.
Terry don't you do a walk around before departure 😬
Where are you Keith and what's been happening...
And last... good onya Shirley.
Keep safe.
Bernie.
Ummm.... that was why the step was out  I even spotted it in the mirror but trying to get Margaret to finish her rollie etc so we could get moving again, simply forgot about it ..... long term problem with only have a short term memory of 4 things, for a new thought to be stored, one has to be dropped ... all part of the motor vehicle accident in sept '04 .... just have to learn to live with it. The worst part is someone giving you a phone number, no name or what's about, all these bits of paper in the wallet with phone numbers on them and no clue what they mean ....
Might be why some of my posts get a bit long winded, I have to put in writing the thing I was trying to remember to make room for a new thought  Sounds funny when I put it to print, but believe me, it's not much fun at all ....

I reckon you'll find it when you go to put it away, the original will be there laughing at you. Brian (Homeless) is a master at that, ends up with multiples of all the stuff he uses rarely, all stacked in the same cupboard on the same shelf  I have to wait two or three weeks for the memory to resurface of when I used it last, so I can track it down from there .... usually within arms reach of where I was working at the time, just not at sight level, generally on a shed or fence railing or

Did you look up on the top of the aerial thing on the roof?
Use caution climbing ladders, preferably get a neighbor to look for you.

I plan to have another birthday next year.

The thing is, when you find it, it's always in the last place you looked.

Good morning everyone. We have had drizzling rain here since 4pm maybe. Don't think there was much in it overnight apart from one heavy shower. Spent most of the day moving stuff, so we can get the carpet replaced. Still got heaps to do, not really looking forward to it.
Enjoy your b&e Bernie. Have a top day everybody
Safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers

I've already looked at where it will be anchored and stored, maybe a light on the dash to say it's not in its place might help
Rained last night, again, maybe I won't be crawling under the motorhome to replace the grey water pipe that has developed a hole
At least it's sunny at the moment, might have another attempt at getting Margaret to reprogram the Victron Multiplus so it doesn't charge at 2.9kw (105amps @ 27v) forcing a cell to go ballistic well before the other 7 .... Certainly need more solar, one of those jobs that didn't happen before we left, but will need to happen when we get home.

The other job for today will probably be making the insulation battens for the front either side where I removed the polystyrene, then reinstalling the cupboards and doors ..... that will be enough I think, half the day is already gone

Morning folks.
Another relaxing day 😀.
My back is a bit sore don't know why...I haven't lifted any thing heavy, must be from all this looking for lost items 😡.
We had six mm of rain the day before, still not enough but better than none.
I have nothing planned for today.. Carol will be off to bingo with her mates 😁... leaving me at home doing....😁😁
Bit cooler today bloke in phone sez 8...I think he nailed it this time.
Keep safe and warm.
Bernie.
