Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Unfortunately Bernie think the sciatic nerve is an ongoing problem once you have damaged same, our eldest son damaged his windsurfing when he was young & at times has a problem even walking when his plays up, very painful.
Mine goes crazy occasionally. BUT I've found a secret fix. (shhh don't tell anyone.)

Try this. Find a steepish hill about a 50 -100 meters long, and simply walk backwards up it. It frees the hamstring and the muscles around the nerve allowing it to relax and find its resting place. The hill has to be steep enough to make you lift the foot when steeping backwards.

Worked really well, I might look for a hose in hose out macerator to add to the "handy to have" equipment.
Heater drank 5 ltrs diesel in 3 days, another jerry can fill up waiting for the pump to arrive from temu.
The 24-12 voltage regulator from Jaycar let out a lot of smoke for such a small item, pin out must be different or something, relented and paid the $10.50 for a voltage reduction module that we bought for $3 each when we had the business. They can handle up to 35v input and deliver 3v to 34v, or one volt lower than the input voltage in reality, and 2.5 amps, overkill for a 5w 12v bulb, but at least I can finally cross the fridge light off the list

Spoke too soon, it's stopped working again, but at least it has moved to the bottom of the list now :D

David, the son has been to a couple of physio does keep it in check with exercise but sometimes it’s still a problem, a very painful problem.

Jon I’ll tell him your secret remedy, thanks for the tip, definitely worth him trying.

Miserable cold day, some light rain, the sun made a couple of sort appearances but didn’t stay for long.😥

There is no point in me saying good morning, cos it's nearly tomorrow. It's easy to tell this it's school holidays here.
There are kids playing in the street, just like the weekends. Only difference is the little darlings keep unpacking the rubbish and stuff that I have loaded into the disposable skip the council supplies for a hard rubbish collection. They have done the same to another one just up the road.
Anyway, have a top rest of today everybody.
Cheers

Good morning everyone. It's a drizzly cool morning here , but it will warm up soon. Glad you found the source of your heater problem Bernie. If only stuff was installed properly, the first time.
We'll see what the bored kids got up to today, when I get home this arvo. I put some more stuff in the skip last night.
Have a top day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

Morning around 4c in our section here, not the best with a lung infection but that is life. Had a trip over my bed a few weeks ago and back has been worste I can remember. Full xrays yesterday to check for stress fractures, all I need.

Other wise everything is going well, few houses selling in our street and prices are sky high. Trouble being if you sell you still have to buy somewhere so not interested at this stage.

Best to all and stay warm cheers Robert

Good news on the heater. Nigel reckons you'll need it for Wednesday.

Morning all. Phoenix is off to the vet to have the lump in throat looked at. Hoping it's not to bad.
