Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Morning All,

Thanks for the kind words. Phoenix is doing what he does best. Sleeping, eating, snoring and cuddles.

Shirley, we believe he's about 14. Maybe older?

We got him (rescue) in Dec 2012. (below)

I thought he grew up fast when we first saw him at Taggerty, I thought you'd got him as a puppy. I'm sure he is still enjoying living the god life with you and the family, give him a cuddle for me too please Jon .....

Good evening, busy day with the youngest 2 g’sons, no time this morning, it has been a perfect Winter’s day, beautiful sunshine.

Fourteen is a good age for a dog Jon, let’s hope he enjoys a few more, I had a red kelpie that lived to seventeen.

Good morning.
Drizzle all day, and rain through the night... don't know if how much yet.
Did anyone notice what time T1 posted yesterday scary...😜
Just done some stuff in the shed, went to Biggenden for scripts. And kept the fire 🔥 burning all day.
Carol's back a bit better...
We had two dogs mum and son, they both made it to 16.
Keep safe and dry.

Not as scary as it was for the 3 passengers  It immediately triggered the reflexes to the days I drove that time of the morning through the Indianapolis style traffic all the way from Wollongong to the Sydney outer edges. Between Waterfall and Heathcote it suddenly changes to a crawl, but you have to be able to read the road ahead to avoid the idiot that realised, at the last second, he was in the wrong lane .... so either stopped dead, or turned without looking into the lane they wanted and the affect that had on the traffic in that lane ..... Under 30 mins for the first section, and hr for the second part that's about half the distance, but still good time and got them there a few mins early ..... so they could get a coffee to calm their nerves ... it was in the Prius, not the motorhome ;)

Good morning everyone.
I had a somewhat easy day... undone 4 screws for herself took the mirror of the wall in the bathroom... Carol is painting same.
Must mean her sciatica is a bit better 😁.
We ended up getting 15mm all up.
Yes I know what you mean about the traffic Terry...I used to ride motorbike though that sort of traffic back in the 60/70s.
No plans for today yet, probably put that mirror back up.
Phone sez 15...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Bernie, the population of Sydney in 1970 was 3 million, it is now 5 million so, a little more traffic.

Good morning All, supposedly 5* here, 11* in our entry but a beautiful day forecast.

Good morning everyone. We have a beautiful bright sunny day here now. A real heavy rainstorm blew in just after dark last night. 40mm in the gauge this morning.
We are slowly getting the house back together after the new flooring went in. Might get a haircut this arvo, if all things go to plan.
I used to ride a motorbike years ago, all over the place. Dunno that I would want to do that these days. Some motorbikes are invisible to some drivers, apparently.
Have a top day everybody. Safe travels
Cheers

Damm, that just spoilt a good "Bernie story". ;)

Morning all. Sunny and cold. Phoenix is better today. Visited the vet yesterday. He's happy and is expecting the formal pathology results on Tuesday. But not expecting a change. The thing looked like a big dark black raspberry sliced in half.

4 visits, inc surgery, clean teeth plus pathology. $675
