Indefinite Leave, Adel & Kev posted about this guy this morning, apparently they have been ripped off by him I was wondering if he is the guy who has been around doing the same thing over & over again for many years in Qld

Shirley, there was a company doing the same sort of thing a few years ago. Mainly with grey import Coasters if I remember correctly. I think that bloke disappeared with a lot of other people's money too. Pretty sure that one was an older guy. There's too many shonky people sleazing their way through life up here. The criminal justice system is far too lenient, if you were to ask for my opinion.

I was thinking exactly the samething Shirley. I just hoped that the Qld Judicial system might have been able to prevent a rerun, rename scam from reoccurring.

Sadly, Qld has a reputation regarding cowboy fraudsters in many lines of shonky sales, from plant equipment, trucks, motorhomes, caravans and grey importers. They somehow manage to make bank transfers at the end of the week and end of the banking mth, then immediately transfer the money back out right on end of bank trading ..... the reversal doesn't show up until the next time the transaction shuffle occurs, the tellers don't see it until the next week but don't register what has happened because the funds appear to be there in the account but in the next mths statement, the reversal is the first thing on the statement ..... it's a mth before the seller knows that have been swindled and absolutely no hope of finding the missing goods, they have been stripped and sold off on the spare parts market .....
