Further info regarding door.
Having paid the freight company on Monday morning I tried calling the seller yesterday to ask if the door had been picked up, no answer. I also sent an email and a text, no answer.
This morning I called the freight company and was advised that the door had not been picked up for some reason and was advised that they would chase it up and get back to me.
If it doesn't arrive this week I will not be here to take delivery as we are headed to VIC by car next week.

Good morning everyone. Its a bright, sunny morning here in Mulwala. Not too warm though, but no wind, so that must be a bonus.
Just about to head over to the Wangaratta ER again. They still havent a proper bed for the poor old fella yet.
What is it with freight companies, do they not care or are they just too busy?

The new Victron inverter with eco mode is brilliant. Halved my overnight power consumption because the inverter basically turns off. It checks for a load every 10 minutes or so, which would only be the fridge wanting to start.
Has eliminated my want to install an inverter compressor fridge.

Even running on normal mode you will find it uses very little power on standby, compared to the evilbay specials, the Victron is a lot more expensive, but you get so much more for the $$ spent you soon forget about the purchase price.
In the (ex) motorhome, Margaret was turning the inverter off over night. When TV power outlets were removed because the coax cable burnt, there was no 12v to run her huffa puffa machine, so she had to leave the inverter switch on ..... it used very little compared to being off over night so it was left on 24/7 after that.

Besides all that I have set the car shed up to do work on daughter's little nipper caravan next week when she drops it off.
There is a beaver tail trailer that I'm interested in, it can load 2000kgs.
But I still have to talk herself in to it

The trailer might be able to carry 2 tonne, but the legal max all up weight is less than 2 tonne unless it is fitted with a break away brake applying system.
