Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning, 16c northwest wind blowing, grey cloudy sky, no rain at the mo, showers predicted maybe 4mm, maximum 20c.
Stay safe & dry further north along the east coast.

Bowls was called off today at 8am due to weather conditions :? I have never known this to happen before unless it was already raining heavy, I wasn’t going as I am still not feeling 100%, maybe many of the ladies are unwell, my son is a contract courier & tells me most people he delivers to are unwell with flu or Covid.

Good idea Shirley. Stay indoors until you feel better.
There is a new virus about, so I'm told. Also, one of the new strains of Covid tests negative with the older test kits.
Not sure what the new virus is called, but a lot of the little kids are getting it at Kinder or daycare.

Rain falling again this morning, only 12mm yesterday.
Daughter's caravan is here...
I'm changing like for like... Dometic to Dometic..on the motorhome.
If it's longer rearward I won't have a problem... fingers crossed 🤞.
The rain made it a inside day so nothing to do...😁😁.
I was hoping our daughter's van would fit in the car shed... missed it by that much...as Maxwell smart would say 😁😅.
So I can't work on it in the rain.
We have been getting flood forecasts in the North Burnett on my phone...
Keep safe.
Bernie.
Dometic for Dometic will ensure the hole size is the same at least. If you have plenty of clearance behind the air con unit, then there won't be a problem there either. Lifting the sucker off and the new one back on can be a bit of a hassle, we used long timbers and slid it down and the new one up ..... they aren't particularly heavy, just awkward, wrapped in a blanket and then a poly tarp made it easier ......

Good morning everyone.
It rained all day yesterday I don't know what is in the gauge till later when I go and look.
The rain has stopped sometime through the night...lots of roads flooded around the area.
Nothing done on either the caravan or motorhome 😁..I did send a message to our daughter asking if she had oars for the van 🤣
Yes Terry that is how we will remove the old aircon and reverse for the new...we have done it before with the Nissan.
Yes Dave tanks are full.
Keep safe and dry.
Bernie.
Bugga it's raining here again.

Good morning everyone, its a foggy and cool start to the day here at Mulwala.
Looking at BoM, SE Qld is getting a pretty good drenching.
We spent a fair while at the hospital yesterday trying to get the FiL to think about getting up and going for a walk. He did manage a 5 metre shuffle. We eventually got him out into the sunshine in a wheelchair. We'll have to wait and see what today brings.
Happy hump day everybody, safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers

Good morning All from Yass.
We will be heading for Kyneton shortly.
The caravan door arrived yesterday after we left, luckily Sean was able to take delivery.
I received a complete refund from Paypal of the money paid for the door and delivery and I now have to pay for it again directly to the seller's bank account, all because Paypal withheld payment for 21 days and the seller wouldn't respond to their messages. :?

Good morning folks.
The rain event has left the building,

I received a SMS from our WA correspondent Keith (tanks) saying the Degilbo floods made headlines News, I think there were 9 roads in the broader area closed due to flooding.
Light rain fell most of yesterday so nothing done worth mentioning.
I might get a look at the top of my daughter's van today...
The only other thing on the. Agenda is to take the little book with all the instructions for installing my new aircon to a neighbour to see if he can enlarge it so I can read the bloody words...why do they think everyone has supper natural vision 😡
It's warmer this morning.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning from Kyneton, 10* with max of 16* forecast.
It seemed a long drive yesterday with narrow, hilly road but , after arriving, we managed a pleasant bush walk after doing some food shopping.

Good luck with the magnification of the aircon instructions Bernie.
