Good morning.
I had yesterday off... after all it was daddy's day
. It was a slow day.
The kids made it to Lake St Clair and are staying at the lodge, looking at today's warnings they may spend another day there . The road to Strahan is closed.they still have no power, innkeeper was organising gennys. Thanks for the input NP.
I may have time to study the plans for the aircon today... Carol will be at bingo
...
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Its just another windy windy day here too. Might last awhile by the looks of BoM.
We had to wait for a bit of a lull to get the awning in. Wasn't gunna do it in the dark and risk falling off the ladder, getting the deflappers off. A good now.
We are driving over to the Albury airport this morning. Here's hoping the highway is open.
Safe travels everybody.

Good morning all. Another windy night.
Not a cloud in the sky to be seen tho. Hopefully it'll blow itself out eventually. Heard a rumour that a few boat owners were running around with ropes thru the night.
Bernie make sure you put the inside part of the AC inside! Can't go wrong!

Morning all. Have braised the lamb shanks and now in the dream pot for tea tonight. The wind has slowed down to occasional but was windy last night. Blood n bone to put around fruit trees and if the wind stays away going to spray the fruit trees.

Hi Jon, I'm home from Kyneton via Wollongong and relations only to be presented with mowing and leaves to be seen to, as well as shade cloth which has blown off a section of dividing fence.
I am also involved with seeking a refund from the freight co which delivered the door due to overcharging through miscalculation of it's cubic metres. I have had to repack it in order to get the correct dimensions.

Re: Good morning daily
Third day of what ever this is, Covid test was negative again, ear aches to go with it now .... aren't I just a lucky duck
Margaret supervised the man putting the Write Off Vehicle sticker on the motorhome remains, probably next week before they organise to drag it out.
Plan was to drive the truck to Adelaide today to pick up the temporary fence panels and associated parts .... that ain't happening until I feel better, but around the $700 mark to buy the bits outright against $850 for 3 mths rental, seemed to be the better deal
Trip to the doctors in Murray Bridge, then Adelaide to pick up the Jimny rear side window, roof lining and inside plastic surround and a plastic truck trailer mud guard to fabricate into a replacement part for the melted truck front mudguard rear section ..... sure hope I feel better tomorrow
