Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning All. 8* and clear blue sky with maximum temp forecast for the day 21*.

Not great news from GP yesterday, after a number of blood tests I have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. :( More tests to follow.

My doctor's trip was "interesting" Not Covid, it's either an infection or reaction to something inside the passages that link the ears to the nose and to the throat to keep the air pressure balanced. The only defences the body knows is flush it out and or flush it out, none of that is working so the throat ended up torn up and all the passages blocked up causing the ears to feel like they were going to explode off the sides of my head. Temp, blood pressure, pulse and listening for the death rattles all came up fine, so he thinks it's a reaction to something, with all the wind about at the moment and being in two different burnt out sites with all the chemical residues that might have, no way of tracing it down to any one cause

George that was not good news sure hope with more tests you will be able to have appropriate treatment for the condition.

Terry sounds like you have a severe lung infection, the stress situation you have been experiencing wouldn’t be helping your recovery.

Deborah think you had better totally isolate until after the knee replacement, you won’t want it getting put back again because of Covid/ flu/ RSV, there sure is many folk unwell at the moment.

Crikey you lot.

Hoping you all get sorted out quickly.

Terry, an MRI might help show what's going on. Once the sinus gets infected, it's sometimes hard to get rid off. Things gets inflamed and then they can't dry out.

The doctor has me on 25mg of prednisolone, I thought he said twice a day, but the label from the chemist says once a day, for 5 days, but there are 10 pills in the bottle ........ Can't believe the level of pain it can generate in either ear, yet the doc said there is no ear infection visible, Doc ruled out it being in the lungs, I don't get any shorter of breath than the average unfit 69 yr old and I didn't rattle doing the deep breathing thing ..... the loss of equilibrium makes life interesting when I'm working on the truck fitting up the dodgy repair for the melted plastic guard using a 1/4 guard from one of the truck mobs cut in half .... sort of looks ok if you don't look too close, at least better than it did look with half the guard melted off .....

Prednisolone is good for lungs and asthma. Josh often had it when he got bad asthma.
But rinse your mouth afterwards.

But, but, won't fix a sinus infection. (or low level sinus infection that won't completely go away.)

Dot, if you zoom right in you can see Phoenix sitting on the seat. He didn't want to get in the bus, he was happy to stay and play with Bandit. There were heaps of new smells that he hadn't pee'd on before it was time to go.
