Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Nice day again today, G had another go at a bit of rust in the bus but I reckon it is a pro job. Looks like the fruit trees may be good this year. Started to clean the bus inside ready to stock up the cupboards ready for our bit of RnR next week. Handing over the shed keys this Friday and then all done. Still no more from G Daughter but I am not surprised. Have another guy coming tomorrow to do quote for the roof restoration, apparently, he has family here. I have an appointment with AJ in the arvo so I guess there will be garden talk / work. Going to be another nice day tomorrow 24 deg so they say. Shirley what has your GP had to say about your sleep woes? Deborah don't overdo your exercises for your hip if in doubt ask your chiro. How are the cut hands Bernie and NC George? David have a good safe trip home hope the MIL and Terrie have settled a bit as well. Jd sounds like you had a good time, did Nigel go with you and if so, did he behave himself? Time for bed so Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight 2ft 6" x :D

Dot, it's so good to read that you are getting out and doing stuff xxxx

Terry, thing is, this is the recommended rehab and my health fund is lined up to pay for it all. I will be having a go at them, if the standard does not improve. I have their list of the top fifty exercises and will work my way through most of them in each day. As for choose any six and work on them...not my scene at all.

When I came home from hospital, I did a bit of my nana. Along the lines of, for 52 years , there was a decent meal on the table every night, it's time he did some of the planning and cooking. I am not die-ing of starvation, and there are a lot of precooked meals in the freezer that he can choose from. Time will tell, if this is such a great idea or not. So far, so good. He had planned to cook up some fish cakes, but as the air fryer is new, I relented and gave a hand with the cooking, not too much help, and stayed out of the room when I heard him drop hot things.

Had one elevator salesman today. He was informative, way too chatty and eventually got too pushy for my likes. Along the lines of If you sign up today, I will get you a thousand dollar discount. He doesn't know that I don't have that sort of instant access to the money. I deliberately tied it up a bit, so that I don't buy the first one that we see.
Visit gp in the morning to get the first lot of stitches removed. The physios are the only ones the specialist will allow to remove the biggest bandage. That's the one I am not in a hurry to have ripped off. They will do that job on Friday. Time will tell if they get up my nose enough for me to get cranky.

We also have the second elevator man coming tomorrow. Never a dull moment...

night all xxx
Deborah

Good ol FF cooking  Yep was a great day weather wise, went to AJ and yes I came home with more plants  Getting more tomorrow Bird of paradise plants. All the berry canes are starting to show signs of fruit. The block has gone as from midnight Thursday. Deborah keep the exercises up and the housework down till you get the ok from surgeon. Shirley you need a few games of bowls to really tire you out. Still no response from G.D. Some more warm weather coming up so will be good to get away for a few happy hrs by the windy lake.. Off to bed now. Goodnight, everyone x :D Goodnight Ray x :D

Dot, don't bother yourself with worrying about your granddaughter. She will probably be thinking of all the things she might want to ask. Or not. Maybe she is just content to know that you still exist.
Cheers
