Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning.
I finished the hedge cutting, I must measure it..
Probably about 80 feet or so.
We had a lost cloud about 2pm
Musta thought it was elsewhere 😁 dropped 4 mm. Funny thing about it...was we had the sprinkler on, had been since around 9 am...
Hang in there Robert.. you know what they say...no pain no gain 😜.
Nothing planned for today yet she's still in bed 😁.
Looks like you may have got a bit more rain than us yesterday arvo Dave...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Bernie, Careful, 80' is a tall hedge. Might need George's help to trim it.

Good morning everyone. Its another bright sunny day here, but that may change. We had a typical Qld afternoon summer storm blow in yesty arvo. 8mm in the gauge, some places got a lot more.
The Winny goes in for a service this morning, so we might go out for brekky, then shop for awhile.
Since we got home from down south we have emptied, cleaned and restocked the Winny. It's amazing how you collect 'stuff'. We've probably deleted about 500kg of excess clothing and things.
Might trim a bit more off the Bougainvillea today. They grow pretty quick in storm season.
Happy hump day everybody, safe travels.
Haha, very good Jon. I had the same thought for a moment, then realised.
Cheers

92 feet.... that's a long hedge.

In Melbourne, the home of hedges..... People say Mowing two strips down the nature strip and calling the middle section a hedge doesn't really count .....

Good morning All. 17* and it has finally stopped raining/drizzling.
I have just riveted a section of MH gutter back on. I noticed it was coming adrift yesterday.

I am waiting for the sheet metal guy to finish shaping a new MH door support which was damaged, so that i can fit the door which I have had to alter due to it not being as I expected when purchasing. It is the correct width but 100mm short and as it came without a door handle or lock, I have had to fit those from the damaged door.

You trying to make me feel guilty and trim the forest out front Bernie .... yeah/nah .... have to wait till I get the chainsaw ..... or wait till next door gets their hedge trimmed and pay them to do it .... might have to put some money away for that .... what should we call it ...... ;) or cutting costs fund perhaps ....

Eye jabs today, then we plan to stay in town so I can attend the electric vehicle meeting tonight .... thought about catching a movie to fill in the time
Margaret has decided it will be test riding electric bikes .... for her, mine is in the teenage retreat (only bit of the house still standing) just needs a battery and charger, they were in the workshop fire
