Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. I'm still up in the Strathbogie Ranges. It was bitterly cold in the wind up here yesty morn, but beautiful once in the car. We headed down to the flat lands to pick up an old horse drawn buggy. The mates daughter plans on restoring it.

When we returned, it was still blowing a cold wind, so I thought I would try an sneak up on a Sambar deer that is usually in the neighbours place. Got about 25 metres from him, before he heard the camera clicking.

Didn't have time to do much else.
I hope all our sickies and those with new bits are on the improve.
Safe travels everybody, have a great day.

Morning all.
Lent the log splitter to the neighbour.
It xome back with an axe cut to a hose and the valve mechanism grabbing on the return cycle.

Not to happy.
Why would he be using an axe 🪓 near the log splitter...is he paying for the repairs?

Good morning, 16c, prediction 21c, heavy rain that doesn’t look like clearing anytime soon can’t even see across our beautiful lake, intermittent strong wind blowing from the N/E.

Lesson learnt Jon, don’t lend it to him again, did he tell you it needed repairing :?

Update, rain has stopped, blue sky full of white cloud, sun shine, now the grass will grow. :D

You know the saying, "never lend your lawn mower, garden tools or wife to the neighbour, they'll all come back the same way .... if they come back at all ....." ;)

The light that doesn't work is a 240v light Keith, not battery.

Carol is getting around a lot better... sleeping on and off...pills... she had a shower by herself...even made herself a coffee unbeknownst by me I was outside in the veggie patch. She has no pain... bonus
We had no rain except for a light shower in the morning... overcast all day, and a big storm just to the west of us late Arvo... overcast here at the moment...and bloody muggy 😡.
Bacon and eggs day hopefully Carol's appetite is back... otherwise I'll have extra for me
Nothing planned... just Mummy sitting 😁😁

Morning all.

Helen, you're getting closer to a favourite. Port Fairy.

If you haven't been there, we'll worth a visit. Stay at the Southcombe caravan park.

Good morning everyone. Its not much of a day here. Cold, windy and drizzling rain. But I've got a bit of treasure, so I'm happy. A few old hand tools and the like.
Bernie, I knew that big old fella was there somewhere, but it's in the neighbours. If it comes over the fence, well that's a different story.
Just had bacon and egg for brekky. Freshest eggs going. Laid yesty.
I hope our knees and hips crew and getting better by the day.
Safe travels everybody.
Cheers
David
