Another slow day, I went to the doctor and had 250 of that metric stuff drained from my arm...it's unreal that the blood is chucked out... especially when they are screaming for blood donations... maybe the alcohol in mine makes it a no no .
Taking Carol for a massage today her back is giving her grief

Been raining here non stop since last night, so no surfing, don't want to get wet before getting into the water , which sounds weird but getting into a wetsuit in the pouring rain just doesn't grab me. Really starting to enjoy it again, caught some nice waves yesterday and surfed with 3 old blokes like me on long boards which was a joy compared to the rabid grommets you come across and have no respect or care for the accepted rules of surfing.

Started to get the bus ready for sale, cleaned out a bit yesterday even though it was pretty warm, today will go over the electrics to make sure they are all working and have to get a couple of house batteries, transfer battery and starter batteries. Had to jump start the bus yesterday and when checking, realised all the batteries are really old, so past their use by date, pulling out the bank of gel batteries will be task, but they are stuffed and only registers 7v.

Then when the weather is suitable, a paint job and sell the old girl. Be a good buy for someone, carries 700lt of fuel, rebuilt engine including turbo, had the auto gearbox reconditioned about 10 years ago and hasn't done much work since as we played mostly in Tas and pretty new tyres.

Still raining, dogs have no interest in going out and neither do I, so may watch an old western to pass the time. Have a good day everyone

Good morning everyone. Its another bright sunny morning on the GC today.
I did a bit of shrub trimming and raking up and that was enough for me yesty. It was too hot and humid to get excited about very much. Might get the Winny inside today.

Good morning 27c, prediction 28c think it may get warmer, breeze from SE, calm lake not much activity as yet, a house recently sold 4 doors west of us towards the point, yesterday there were several young folk out & about enjoying the lake swimming from a pontoon that they anchored & being towed behind their boat on floats, always good to watch.

Tuesday can’t come quick enough to get this dressing taken off my nose, it is really annoying & sometimes very itchy, hopefully I get a good report from pathology.
