Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Went for test drive in the Winnie yesterday afternoon, went well ..... for a 10 tonne motorhome at least. Climbed the hills better than the Fuso did on the same section of road and out performed the 11 ltr Ford Cargo up the hill from the workshop yard gate ...... it didn't stop part way up

Went to dinner at the club with Ian and Anne (Nomads) Brian (Homeless) and Bruce, had a great evening and it was great to catch up over a meal and a few drinks.

Today, it's off to Balranald for a rego inspection tomorrow, fingers crossed all goes well for the trip and the rego inspection.

Hope all is going as well as could be hoped for you Bernie, our thought as with you

Good morning All. 24* with 25* max forecast, we'll see.

My eye is improving, still some stitches to dissolve or be removed.
Hopefully, I will be able to get back to the MH door replacement in the near future.

Our new grandson is now just over 7 weeks young and doing really well with lots of smiles, and cries.

.................

Dave, why do you have to level the Winnie to remove the TV?

Hope you're doing ok Bernie.
I have had to level the Winnie while it's parked in the driveway so I can sleep in it when our Christmas visitors turn up.
I need to get the tv out because it has failed to proceed and we plan to install a 'smart' TV. It doesn't have to be level to do that. :D I think Mr Winnebago may have fitted up all the overhead cupboards then installed the lot as a complete unit.
It's not physically possible to reach the four screws that hold the tv in place. I need an electric right angle screwdriver about 600mm long. Hmm.

Just heard from Tanks. He's out of the big regional hospital at Northam and now back at his local one at Wyalkatchem. He is well known to the staff there. There were no beds available at the respiratory clinic the medicos wanted to send him to.
Cheers

If you turn the Winnie 90* to the left, then you should be able to use a straight screwdriver. Simples really... just use some lateral thinking.

Well, not quite Jon. The screws are still going to be 600mm from the access point, and I still can't see them. I know they are there though. I took made a video on my phone. If I could just transmogrify into the small space behind the cupboard it would be simple'ss. But I can't.

There has to be a way Dave. I know... what about this idea?

Do you know a proctologist? S/he might be able to offer some advice on how to get your hand around a bend?

.... hang on.... Didn't you work for Gold Coast water? Surely, there is someone versed with getting around a P trap.

Those drivers were fearless for sure Bruce...I couldn't stay with them...on one trip in my Holden I was going to under pass a fuel tanker on one of the fish hook bends...he was going wide which would make it easy, but he miss judged his speed and rolled it. That was a bit scary 🙄. He was ok..
Had to stop at the cops to inform them...he wasn't happy was about one in the morning.

Today I think I will shed a tear.
Keep safe.
