Might be a week or so.
He's gone out 'the back paddock' to cut down grass ready for baling hay & then tomorrow he's off to Pt MacDonnell for a week. He may continue the testing once he settles into the caravan park I guess.
The thing is that we all know that wires are hidden well in a Winnebago. Ask Terry!!
Scares me that there doesn't show any fuse or circuit breaker close to the battery in case a wire rubs through?

It's hard for you folks to help when I only get dribs & drabs of info from him & some is via Facebook & some by txt message!
I just remembered he told me he swapped in a fully charged lead acid battery & it did the same thing. Slowly dropped down & then red / disconnect. So not the BMS inside the lithium battery.

Well after some lengthy discussions he decided to simply buy & replace that controller & he has reported that everything now works as expected.
In fact he reckons since he bought the MH a few years ago he now knows it was never working as it should. He's so happy.
Now he's wondering if some electronics technicion might be able to repair said unit.
Chatting to my son who spent some years doing electronics in the navy, he reckons it'd be a simple job as long as he has the details of the board (printout). Yeah right! Best just cut his losses I think.
