Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Morning all.

stunning day here. Off to Lang Lang for the week end. Golf and catch up with Alan and Lorelle. No Phoenix. He'll be wondering what's going on.

Bernie, you need to get Carol some real acupuncture instead of the dry needling which is just a pretence..

George
You have to remember George where we live...
No acupuncture near here..

A snag & egg on toast this morning. 😋
I wonder how SWMBO plans to top that tomorrow…
🤔
Coincidentally our PROBUS group Christmas Lunch is on tomorrow at a Corowa pub, but SWMBO asked if I wanted anything special for dinner… we’re having a homemade seafood pizza! 😋😋😋

Forecast for Rutherglen today is 42*.
As we consistently reach 3~6* above the forecast, we’re expecting a top around 45! (The BoM weather station is 6km out of town! 🙄)
Monday’s forecast is 45… so we’re expecting 50*.
🥵
Because of the forecasts, today was mowing day — despite the fact that I mowed on Thursday! Last week’s three days of rain means our subsoil is very moist, and combined with the recent sunny days the grass has gone mental. 😵‍💫
One kikuyu runner grew 8” in 24hrs. Pity it was over the paving…

Good morning everyone. Its back to bright sunny weather here.It might get to 29⁰ here today. It rained for most of the day yesty. Twas over 30mm last time I looked.
I'm batching for a few days now, Terrie and her daughter are driving down to Mulwala to bring the MiL back here for Christmas. My job is to clean up the house and pressure wash the paths. She fell over here a few years back and broke her hip.
But first I'm having bacon and egg.
Have a great day everybody, safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers

Good morning, I see the nighty night page has died out a bit, so I will visit over here.

I just have had way too many things happening and the computer was having a big rest. Started with the solar battery problems, finally sorted. Then came the knee surgery, almost good as new and lately the big issue has been realising that we live in a split level house and getting up and down the stairs has been stopping me from getting to my shed. So we have been going through the dramas of doing building works and now have a compact lift fully installed. It will take us both , but he is not so keen to use it for all the time. We had to get our main staircase turned out at the bottom, to give us room for the lift. That was quite a drama, done now. Then arranging for the installers to come around our schedule of a couple of fairs and it's all finished now.

Where are the pics? when Mr Apple and Mr Microsoft decide to talk to each other nicely, I may be able to share them. I am frustrated by not being able to get the phone pics onto the computer, something weird is happening here. No point having a camera on the phone, if I can't access the pics. I have been doing this for ages with no issues and suddenly the iphone people have re-sorted the pics and the computer doesn't want to know about it. Hoping our daughter can sort it for me over Christmas.

Had a great get together with our neighbours at the local park today. Was nice to meet a few new people and have a drink with others who we rarely get to speak to, with all having busy lives. The heat here has been unbearable, so no doubt Shirley will give the bowls a break.
Stay cool out there
Deborah

Just get out there and enjoy life
