Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning 19c at the mo, prediction 30c fortunately N/E wind to keep us cool again today, 14 boats stayed overnight along the foreshore to the N/E, yesterday arvo the wind was really strong across the lake.

I went for a roll up yesterday morning, first time I’ve bowled since the beginning of November, the calf muscles know about it today  it was very warm on the green, we start back bowling next Thursday, the top green is looking really good, should be ready to play on after it’s yearly maintenance.

Our neighbour’s jet ski is popular with his family, it’s a big one, they enjoy being towed behind it on a float & knee board, he gave our g’sons a go on same, they enjoyed the ride too.

Morning all,

They reckon it's going to be hot today. however, it's cloudy. Might just be a humid day. I don't understand jet skis. Same with water skiing.
Shirley, Good luck with this years bowling season. Is it called a season?

Stay cool everyone. Irene, enjoy the day!

You need to find your glasses first? They are hanging from the ceiling, upside down, in a darked spot if the light is flush with the ceiling, but with a light under a ceiling fan, they are close to fan base ..... waiting ..... laying bets on who will be the first to get dinner to slap themselves up the side of the head ;)

Back from being roasted on the trip over and at the Port Perrie Footy Club car park. On the trip over, air con worked for the first 20 mins, then suffered heat stroke or something, it would run for 30 secs and then not turn on again for 20 mins. Then huddled over the seat area where the BMS box lived and the under floor where the battery live in the A van ..... I think I sweated out future beers, but finally got it all out and running back on the A van magic box running off the mains ... all ready for the "expert on these things" auto sparky who rolled up in a 4 X 4 something painted in red, black and white camo ..... not quite sure how that is designed to "blend into the background" but with WOLF plastered at maybe 45* up each side at the front in jagged edge lettering ..... I'm guessing it's to blend in where people like that gathered, a total know it all know nothing, full of crap twit

Glad to be out of the loop on that one.

The air con responded well to a bit of percussive maintenance on the control panel thingy proved by a few belts with the side of my fist, and worked well all the way home

The LPG is playing up big time, I've narrowed it down to the supply from the tanks, so I'll get this 250 ltr tank recertified and fit that before the next trip .... hopefully ......

Well you wouldn't believe it but after a couple of days of close to 40 degrees we get absolutely 'drenched' over night with nearly 4mm of rain!!
Eat your heart out Bernie!! Not much point having tanks here unless you fill 'em from the river!!!
How did Carol go driving?

The BoM weather station is just up the road from us. We've had 24.2mm since 9am. And cold again.

Tomorrow should be nicer with a warm week coming.

Morning everyone.
Rather slow day yesterday...I can't think of anything exciting happening 😕

Well there was one exception..
The little red head "Oliver" now has her driving licence...😁😁😁 She did sound excited on the phone...
I'm going next door today to try and sort out the neighbours wiring in his caravan... that will be fun ☺️
I haven't watered for a cuppla days so that may happen as well..
The garlic and chilli has worked a treat...no bloody grasshopper...yaa...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. Its a beautiful looking morning here. Bandit and I are just going for a walk up the river beach, he doesn't know it yet though. If I'm lucky we'll see a dugong.
Went round the eldest sons place yesty and showed him how to pull the washing machine apart, and put it back together again. That was me for the day, couldn't shake headache.
Got a few things planned for today, maybe.
Safe travels everybody, have a top day.
Cheers
