Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I have a similar issue with the pigeons that I don't feed. 😁

We had a dream run up through Bris today. The flight to Albury leaves in about 45mins.

Good morning, bowls cancelled owing to rain, still can’t see up the lake, definitely an inside day again.

Agree Bernie re the native birds & they crap all over your deck 👎 we had the kookaburras & magpies inviting themselves inside if our screen doors were open.

George, we’ve had flocks of cockatoos flying about this last couple of weeks, we have them all the time just not as many or as often as recently, problem they eat & destroy timber rails etc.,

Grrrrr!
I know the feeling!
Every year over the summer holidays we have an influx of 'nice' city folk flock into Mannum.
Some in the holiday homes, some visiting friends or relatives & a lot of day trippers.
For some reason they all feel so bad about those poor hungry birds.
The boat next door to me spent 3 weeks feeding the swans with 2 cignets, 25 or so shags & cormarants plus a lot of other free loaders. (seaguls, spoggies, swallows & a variety of Coots)
Now they have tootled off back to suburbia the birds are still hanging around and demanding food from those still here.
I love it that half of these crapping b irds have taken up roosting on their swim deck over night!
Not sure they wanted it painted white but they also got the bonus wildlife stink included!!

We could do with an ant eater settling into the yard for a while. The black biting things seem to have a nest under the whole yards, slab and all. If I pull and of the weeds out around the edges of the slab, a black frenzy appears, spray it with ant killer but within a few days, the numbers are back to the same, plus a second battalion comes marching across from the other side of the slab to see if they can trap me or something ......
I'm thinking we will have to get professionals in that have to keep returning until they are all wiped out ......

Good morning Dot and Dave.
We had storms around us last night... got 6 mm in the gauge...I won't have to water today 😁.
Had the neighbour over yesterday to show him what needs watering while we are away...
Plus I mowed front and back lawns...
I need a new battery in the mower 😡..
It was a elderly lady who crashed into the culvert, apparently had a medical issue...
Only one more sleep...or just two beer's 🍻...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Morning all.

The lift looks really brilliant.
What's the matter with the battery Bernie?

Have a great day everyone one.
