Norman,
Your hospital food looks one helluva lot better than the offerings at Albury Hospital!
Can we borrow your kitchen staff to teach ours what “food” means?

Re: Norman in a bad way
The Norman update.
He is ok today. They've taken him off the ketamine and he seems to be ok without it now, the
antibiotics are working well for his chest infection he's coughing phlegm up easier, but he still can't lay back so they're going to look at his angiogram next week now.

Looking pretty good so far. Bet he was spinning visions of his "flock" with that Ketamine.

Re: Norman in a bad way
ISQ is the phrase I would use do describe Normans past 24 hrs. Christine is a touch tired but she is as stubborn as the Sheepshagger plus she would be travelling from home to hospital every day. We shall be catching up with them in a few weeks and by then the old fella will most likely be home and back to normal

Re: Norman in a bad way
We all hope that he's back to normal. Well, maybe not sheepshagging, but otherwise as normal as possible.
Cheers

Re: Norman in a bad way
Norman had some pain this morning but ok by lunch time, he is on the usual cardiac drugs which also constipate so it may be that as well (knowing him it is probably wind)
He also has a fair bit of fluid so he has to get rid of that
before his angiogram on Monday.

Re: Norman in a bad way
Norman is continuing to improve daily so that is a good thing. Nothing other to report at this stage but I will keep you all up with his progress. Keep those positive thoughts flowing.

Re: Norman in a bad way
Nothing different to report on the old goat, his angiogram now set for Tuesday, he is pretty well pain free and is cheeky as ever, kept asking for his Velcro gloves and ewey ????

Re: Norman in a bad way
Norman had his angiogram done and he had a big blockage so that meant a big stent, he did well through that but has a touch of pneumonia so the A/B's are being pumped in. More news as we get it.
