You'd have to hold your arms out, with the "tuck shop" parts controlled for level flight, so you didn't become a spinning Cathrine Wheel ..... then the flexibility to tuck your ankles behind your ears with your arm straight beside you for the boost part so you didn't burn the "landing gear" off ..... not many seniors come to mind that could achieve the second criteria ...... but they would be a force to be reckoned with
