Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

No good Bernie. Sad about the birds.

That's the thing, with all these storms and fires, the lost critters are the untold story.

Lucky the shire made you cement the shed in. ;)

Good morning everyone. Its been a bit windy and hot here for the past few days. Same again today.
It just seems to be fate where those cyclonic type storms are going to hit lately. Anywhere along the east coast seems to be a good spot this year. I just hope the bushfires stay away.
Stay safe everybody. Have a great Australia Day weekend.
Cheers

I think this may become the new normal weather pattern for the east coast. Big rain falls, big winds and the odd cyclone and tornado thrown in to keep life interesting. Still remember the mess the three tornadoes did in the Shoalhaven/Nowra area a few yrs before we left the Illawarra area

Didn't realise this was the Aust Day Weekend, that explains why it's standing room only in Mannum at the moment

Good morning.
Well we only got to mid 30s yesterday, almost freezing 🥶😁😁 still close of shop by lunch...
Spent most of the morning cleaning up all the leaves and small branches that landed in our place...
Now because of the demise of the little birds I started to remove the front drivers side wheel so I can get to the weeping slave cylinder...I got as far as getting the wheel off before calling it quits...

And I won't get back to it today...me and over the back are going to Gayndah for a show and shine...
But before that...it's bacon and eggs day 🤤😍😋.
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone, its gunna be a warm Australia day here today.
No rain, with maybe a hint of a storm.
We've had brekky and are just about to walk Bandit before it gets too hot. He's not handling the heat all that well anymore.
Enjoy your day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

"tanks" here---
Every day that passes I get a little bit older.
It is Australia Day again and I have a new 6ft NATIONAL FLAG to run up the flagpole in the front yard.
I don't celebrate Australia Day anymore, just that I am still here is reason enough to celebrate EVERY day.
The Shire Council hosts a Sausage sizzle at the local community centre for the other 300 Town residents.
I can't attend due to the lung infection risk, but I watch a bit of Perth TV News to check out what other people are doing, and to get a daily "Welcome to Country Ceremony from the ABC.
The temperature is 18 c at 7:15 and climbing to 35 c today, so it is a cool day for the Central Wheatbelt.
Keith
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

It's good to hear that you are up and about Keith. I hope those fires down in the south stay away from your area. You don't need to be breathing in any of that smoke.
Cheers
