Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

George, I know the people who live on that corner.
There’s no weather station at that intersection.
It’s on the Rutherglen-Wahgunyah Rd, a couple of km west of our home.

Yes.
It shows that the weather station is in the carport of the house across the road from our friends’ place.
Definitely ain’t there!
Google Maps shows the correct location — out in a paddock.

When I use that link it gives me an hourly forecast for today starting at 9pm.

Ray,

WeatherUnderground is a community based system where public connect their weather stations to the system.

It might be there or somewhere close.

Good morning.
It was a busy day yesterday 😕 bloody GPS got lost 🤬 and in the process got me lost as well 😁.
But we finally found where I was going...twas a bit funny, I loaded the address into my phone...I then rang the bloke who had the car trailer... for directions...then as he was talking to me the GPS found the location...so I had the bloke on the phone the GPS talking over him plus the phone also talking it was a three way conversation 🤔.
But All was well in the end..
It tows good. That was my lot for the day..
We are off to the big smoke shopping today. It's that time of the month 😁🤔
Dave do you use those tie downs straps on your car when on the trailer???
Keep safe everyone.

Bernie,

Might be wise to do some research on the tyres fitted and placarded.

I am fairly sure that 13x55 4 ply won't support 1000kgs. (ie 2000 kgs total)

A quick check eg https://www.huntsmanproducts.com.au/col ... truck-tyre
shows these at 8 ply and are only rated to 600kg each.

Good morning everyone. Another top day coming up for us. Might get to 29⁰ if we're lucky.
Had a great day out fishing with the young fella and his mate yesty. Didn't catch much but had a lot of fun.
Got not much else done by the end of day.
Yes Bernie. On our trailer the tie downs also hold the main part down on the Aframe. Tie down the back end as well or the NSW hwy patrol will have a chat.
Might get some yard work done today.
Take care if you are out and about, schools back.
Our trailer has 185 x 14 on it, those wheels on Bernies look the same as ours.
Cheers
David

Those tyres won't be left on Jon , they are to old for a start...plus I don't know anyone that has been checked for tyre size...if I lived in another state that may happen 😉
Bernie
Thanks Dave.

Hi Bernie,

it's not about checking. It's about blow outs. With the state of the roads and pot holes, under rated tyres are asking for trouble.
