The white house looks impressive. Do you need a permit for it?

Re: Good morning daily
Just had a call from Margaret, they had her fasting from midnight again, no cup of tea even .... they just told her she has been bumped up the list again, so the same process again tomorrow
Maybe she will be over her addiction to food and tea by the time she comes out
More washing and white-house building tomorrow, Bernie didn't need a permit ... he only remodelled the Oval Office in his White House

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Its still the middle of the night and I'm wide awake again.
I drove down to my sons place near Kyneton early yesterday. There are some impatient crazy people on the highway. Saw a B double rolled over into the ditch in the median strip, result of a blow out apparently. Driver in hospital, fertiliser all over the road.
Safe travels everybody.

Good morning... wide awake Dave
Sorta busy day... mowed
. Plus the ute and car trailer are in the shade shed... motorhome next to the house.
I have started to put the goodies in... beers
in
Fridge is on 240 power...more stuff to go in...
Pretty quiet in the neighbourhood , not much traffic
Today will be quieter...a few caravans and motorhomes heading to Mingo crossing for the holidays...
Yes Dave... Easter holidays always brings out the bad in people on the road...I don't know why... getaway Isis..
Except for putting stuff in the motorhome I have not been told what I'm doing today...

Re: Good morning daily
From the truck or the driver? Hope he is ok, even if a steer tyre blows, the steering seems to be stable enough these days to bring the rig to a stop ..... as long as you don't jump on the brakes, all bets are off if you apply the brakes, add a trailer behind and if it made to the ditch in centre of the road, it wasn't driving skill that got it there .... maybe one of the imported truck drivers ...... but what was he doing driving a B double? Surly they don't have B Double licences overseas that can be converted to the equivalent national heavy vehicle licence ......supersparky wrote: ↑Fri Apr 18, 2025 3:12 am Good morning everyone. Re: Good morning daily
You have been busy Bernie. Looks very nice and functional.
Carol will love it I reckon.
T1, I've no idea about the origin of the driver. But I now know he was taken to hospital for checking. With the amount of police on-site I was sure it was fatal. Thank goodness it wasn't.
News reported a blown steer tyre, but it was on a bit of a bend..
I have had the best day, once again, being my little grandsons new toy. We both had fun.

Good morning everyone.
The pictures say what I got up. to yesterday.
Still packing the motorhome... mainly food stuff...
Next door came over for a chat, he's building a shed for his caravan... he's near the end...roof almost finished.
Lots of caravans and motorhomes heading to Mingo crossing...
No plans for today just packing more into the motorhome..
Keep safe.
Bernie.
