Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone, its still Sunday night here, but I reckon it's wake up time in Oz. Especially for Bernie the early starter.
We had another big day here in London.
Early on we went for brekky in a local Cafe. Not a bad price we thought for bacon, egg, hash brown, little sausage and baked bean and toast. And a cuppa. Less than $50 AUD which is about the same as at home. We then walked down to the River Thames, via a community garden, which is actually an old cemetery, so kinda weird. All the headstones were spread around the fence line, but the crypts were all still in situ.
We found Cleopatra's Needle by accident then we wandered up to Trafalgar Square. Fluffed about a bit then made our way to the British Museum. That guy from the ABC is right. The poms have relocated significant amounts of material goods from other nations. We saw the Rosetta Stone, which has been on my bucket list for over 20 years, and a bunch of other stuff. Than we walked back to the National Gallery to see some Renaissance artworks that Terrie has an interest in. All up we did over 25,000 steps today. New record for my phone. Beat yestys top by at least 2,000.
Might do a bit less tomorrow.
I have taken heaps of pics, but I'm not a photographer. Give me a hint what you want to see pics of, and I'll see how we go.
Safe travels every body.

Morning everyone
Well all we saw of Mannum town was the dock where we boarded Murray Princess and then disembarked back onto bus.
Nice cruise on the Murray can’t help feeling went in circles a few times - must be a very busy water way in summer if all the anchored crafts decide to move

Good morning everyone. Its still dark here in London but we've been very lucky with the weather so far. It did start to get a bit blowy and cool yesty arvo though.
Eddy, where are you headed to next? The Murray Princess is a nice way to do not very much for a few days isn't it.
Not sure what we are getting up to today yet, but I'm certain that it won't involve walking anywhere near what we have done in the past few days.
Safe travels everybody.

Sounds like you are being run off your feet, IF you happen to go near or into Warwick Castle As you go in the front door and go into the room on your left have a look at the painting above the fireplace, It should say "Sir Phillip Sidney".Was another nice day back here. Are the fush n chups as good as they are supposed to be? Enjoy.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Its nearly 3pm so it's coming up morning time in Aust. Feeling pretty stiff, sore and tired today.
Just got back from today's little adventure to Kings Cross station.
Did about 6k today. Had a roast beef lunch in a pub and a pint.
Pretty good value and the beer wasn't had either.
Not going to Warwick Castle, Dot. Who told you about that painting? I hope it wasn't Nigel.
Most of the old places here have more chimneys than you can poke two sticks at. That's how I'm working out how old places are. No chimney = not very old. That's my current theory anyway.
Safe travels everybody.
Here's some pics. The King Guard practising for next week's Trooping of the Colour, a building with lots of chimneys and a fence made entirely of wrought iron scroll work. That fence was only one of many very similar. It would have taken weeks to make.

Morning everyone.
I've got a chimney Dave
. Does that mean I live in a old house
.
Yesterday I went and visited two of my neighbours for a chat... I was waiting for the lawn to dry... that's my excuse... But eventually I did mow...and finished before it rained again... picture attached...
Carol had a win...
I have a broken bracket under the motorhome...I found it while working on the carrier attachment...I done a lot of phoning around...to no avail... but I'm a member of a Hino forum, so I put it out there to see if anyone could help... one of the members who lives in Fiji gave me a call...he has what I want
but he is not home till later this month...I can wait...not much else I can do
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
I knew you'd find one Bernie!!
When finished we need a pic of how they/it's hanging!!
There's a couple under Terry's spare MH.... mmmmmm
Bernie are those rigid or able to pivot on the torsion bar as well as closer to the place they bolt to? (both ends?)

Re: Good morning daily
The bracket/clamp is ridged Bruce.
It keeps the sway bar in place.
Bernie.
