Annette and Darryl

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Annette and Darryl

Post by jon_d »

Darryl (MrMac1) contacted me this morning with the very sad news that Annette passed away on Saturday night. A few hours before her 74th birthday.

Annette had been suffering from dementia.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Annette and Darryl since the early Taggerty's.
Annette had a lot of time for the boys when they were growing up and was always up for a great chat.
RiP Annette. You'll be missed by many.

Darryl, our heart reaches out to you during these sad moments.

So sad, RIP Annette and our deepest sympathies Darryl.

Met them first at Melany, same as David and Terrie, then many more times at Taggerty.

I didn't know that Annette had dementia, there was no real sign of it the last time we met ... so this is a bit of a shock .....

Our thoughts are with you Darryl

We didn’t go to Boonah Darryl, maybe it was at Port Stephens if Lorraine was with us, we did meet a few people that day 🤔

Thankyou for posting that photo Jon, Margaret identified Annette immediately .... and the image of Crunchy in her warm jacket in her moon chair, trying to keep warm .... trying to identify who it is between Peter and Jon .... the one with the white beard .... the face is familiar, just can't put a name to it ......
