I guess you can now justify the expense.....

 can't justify spending $70 for something I'd rarely use now I'm no longer do this stuff for a living, or even $30 and wait a week for it to arrive on evilbay.
I'm thinking it's maybe a bit of gasket material or a piece of cable tie that had gone hard and broke up when I was doing the work the last time.

I think it was $16 from Temu, but naturally, it was $55 by the time I bought other stuff

From China it flies direct into Adelaide & them usually next day into Mannum & nearly always postage free.
I sent a small parcel to a person in Adel & he insisted he pay the postage. $16.50!!!
All these FREE deliveries from China still end up going by post in Australia....... does PO get anything?

In this case, Temu have their chosen delivery people in each state. In NSW it was imile, and they got it here from Syd, the next day .... Aust Post would have been 2 working days, so not until Monday because of the weekend.
It's a min spend of $40 on Temu to get free delivery, so I bought two cameras, one with a longer cord so I could plug it into the computer is I needed to, the other was a 16 cell battery monitor and cell balancer. For $55 I got two cameras and a cell balancer voltage monitor, delivered, $15 cheaper than buying it local ......

If the factories are shutting up shop, it is more likely they can't get skilled employees rather than lack of work or sales ......

The continued neck problems is making it difficult to put the Winnie engine back to running condition. It took 2 days to get the 10 spark plugs in, it will probably take another 2 days to get the new coils installed, maybe another day to get everything plugged in again, then at least another day to get the air intake and hose from the LPG converter to the mixer installed ...... so maybe Wednesday, I'll get it started up again and see how it sounds ...... if it's ok, then I'll start on replacing the LPG hoses .... maybe Monday week it should be ready for me to start what ever the next job is

Grandson might be here by then, who knows with these things, I think we have to be back in SA second week in August ....

Surprised even myself, got it all back together and started this afternoon .... seemed to be running ok, check the water ..... it took 8 ltrs then a drip started, put the cap on and the drip became a bit more serious ..... found a hole in the top radiator hose panic averted ...... now to take all the gas mixer back off so I can get to the hose

Fix this top radiator hose problem, then replace the LPG hoses from the filler to the tanks and the tank outlets to the valve that stops one tank emptying into the other tank and creating problems with the greater than 80% filled requirement (to allow for expansion of the liquid when it gets hot) ...... from there to the converter that uses the engine hot water to convert the liquid LPG to gas and control the pressure (LPG expands 280 times in volume from liquid form to gaseous form) and then try to fill the tanks and see if they leak LPG on the ground again

By then, we should have a new grandson, Margaret can go through the clucky thing and then get over it ..... and we can get back on the road

But you haven't been on the road yet!! If Margaret gets "clucky" then do what needs to be done about it. OR are your "headaches" your contraception???
